Room was clean, housekeeping staff did a good job with cleaning and providing amenities. Loved that the hotel had options for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Continental breakfast was good, location on hotel was close to a lot of shops.

The breakfast waiter had an attitude as the guest arrived for breakfast with 40 minutes remaining. Her condescending tone and attitude were noticed by numerous guests, and my wife did not appreciate it at all. Not only was she rude to the guest but other staff as well that were trying to accommodate the guest. The one waitress was the only negative experience about the entire stay.

The hotel is extremely nice and great for traveling with kids. There is a play area with games, golf, basketball court and a pool. They sell beach necessities in the lobby, which is added convenience. There is also a bar and restaurant named Stratus, which was pretty tasty. The hotel is directly across the street from other restaurants, so that was an added bonus. Target is also a mile away.

My only complaint was that there was way to many children in the Jacuzzi... They were treating it like a small pool and I noticed older guests including myself weren't really able to relax with all the children in the Jacuzzi. I honestly think that signs should be put up preventing anyone under 14 from being in the Jacuzzi. Also house keeping needs to pay closer attention to bringing out towels to the pool.

First off the entire staff was absolutely excellent! The room was wonderful. My children loved all the games. The restaurant was great best breakfast! Luke,Todd and another young lady (can't remember her name) made our stay so good.. We loved the vibe y'all got at this location.. I'll definitely be staying here again!

The beds were not comfortable, but I would stay there again for the price, location, and breakfast.

There were activities for the kids in the courtyard, which was great so they were cooped up in the room for too long.

It was cold and couldn't use the pool, bummer.

Beds were comfortable. Pool area looked great. Breakfast was pretty good. Good choices. Nice outside area to relax. Location is central to beach ( with a car) outlet mall, lego land, flower field's. Parking is good. Room was very clean.

Averaged out to $200/night for our stay which I thought was a little too high for the property being basically 20 minutes from a lot of stuff. But it was nice and I felt safe traveling as a young single mom with a young child.

Location was a little far away from Legoland. Breakfast was good, not free like it said on Booking.com but hotel staff was kind enough to comp my son and my breakfast. Very cool that the children eat free with an adult meal regardless though.

there was a rooftop fan above our room on the 3rd floor that vibrates the room around 3 am it finally started to turn off by 7 am all quiet yes I complained but moving to another room when you’ve completely unpacked and tired is sometimes too much just be advised if you are sensitive to noises which makes you unable to sleep be warned some of these rooms will be mechanically noisy

i sat on the toilet and the seat just slipped right off and broke. I called down to the desk and the guy was pretty rude and said that maintenance and housekeeping won’t be available until 8am

the hotel felt old/in need of a refresh. the walls are SO THIN that I could hear the person in the next room snoring the entire night and every time they flushed the toilet. that’s quite uncomfortable and I wouldn’t have been able to handle it if I had stayed longer

The hotel was hard to find because it was in a business park and hidden from the main road.

We were on the first floor which I liked. Close to lobby and restaurant.
