The water heater/furnace made a strange clicking sound periodically.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property is they do not clean your rooms while you are staying there.

The location was excellent to walk around and take any transportation for other places. The bed was comfy that you didn't want to get up. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare a meal or storage food in the fridge.

Dark one bedroom suite for 1rst week of stay. No natural light. Suites could use a kettle and egg flipper.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Mrs. Sue! Beds were comfortable. In general the facility was very clean including public washrooms, stairwell and workout room. After a week, we asked for a brighter room and Jessica made it happen for us! Appreciated access to filtered water in the lobby and access to laundry facility. Good location.

The bed in room 509 was hard and the pillows were horribly flat. The bathroom floor was dirty.

The location is excellent. The staff is very professional and friendly. The hotel is mostly clean. The cleaning was almost excellent.

There wasn't one thing I didn't like.

Loved the staff! Everyone was courteous and helpful. Location was perfect for walking to nearby attractions and just 1 block away from Bourbon Street. The space was huge, clean and updated with a kitchen. There was a lobby bar, small pool, gym and even a gaming system in the room for kids. Security was great too for being in a busy city.

Did not like the fact they did not issue room key as soon as arrived but wanted to sell time share etc. If we had wanted to book trips, buy time share etc. we would have sorted that out after settleing into room. We noticed a room change and wondered if it was because we did not book anything at front desk!

Perfect location. Mrs Sue at front door was amazing. Certainly made everyone welcome with her infectious smile, waved us off as we left for the evening.

Attempts to get us to sit through a time-share sales pitch in return for discounted excursion tickets were unwelcome. They tried during check-in (after a 10 hour flight we really didn’t need that), and they phoned the room some days later to try again. Read the room, guys. Not wanted. View from room was basically the wall of the neighbouring building. I’m sure some rooms had far better views, though. Outside noise in the early hours from a warehouse (?) next door was annoying. Internal hotel sound proofing was excellent, though.

Location was superb. Plenty of shops and restaurants just outside the property. Bourbon Street was a couple of minutes away on foot. Apartment was well-equipped and comfortable. Staff were all helpful and friendly.
