I loved everything about the place

Sometimes I took the wrong turn cause it was hard to see the street sign with so little lighting on that street.

The breakfast every morning was great. We didn't need to search and drive around the area for a good breakfast. It was already there when we got up.

I didn't care for the pillows and was disappointed with the pool.

The breakfast was wonderful and filling. However, with the exception of the pool and the pillows, everything else exceeded my expectations. It is a wonderful place to stay if visiting Fort Sill.

The lobby and elevators were dirty. Stains and dirt in the room. Also found somebodies phone in our bed. For the price we paid, I was expecting professional employees and with all due respect, I felt like we had walked into a motel with how it was.

Out of all the hotels nearby, this was our best option. Bed was comfortable.

The only issue I had that i don't like was that an item was forgotten in the room and I called about it after leaving and it seems as though I am getting run around. I just want for someone working at hotel to admit that the cleaning crew didn't follow protocol if there is one in place as they told me there is one to turn in items in to the front desk after the cleaning crew cleans the room if anything was left by guest.

I like that the hotel provided breakfast each morning and the front desk staff was friendly during my stay.

Not enough pillows on beds - only two small ones on a queen bed.

Finally, a tv larger than the what’s in our travel trailer! Spotless and clean with fresh modern furnishings. Breakfast was a bit above average and attendant very nice. Front desk staff were all super helpful and efficient.

Staff all need fired very inconsiderate the attendant this morning was more interested in smoking than the doing his job. There were multiple customers trying to get service and htold us its not his job to find out we're luggage carts we're I found them in back parking lot.

We asked several times about the Wi-Fi not working in our room and the issue was never resolved. We also requested the hand soap be replenished and it never was.

It was centrally located, pool was open after Labor Day, free breakfast was good.

Room was so hot and bedding was changed. There were stains on the blankets. We had to clean the filter in the ac unit in the room. It looked like it was never cleaned and was caked up with dirt and lent.

I thought the breakfast was absolutely amazing and staff was all very nice. The older lady running the breakfast was very helpful and very sweet.

Would of been nice to use the pool both nights was used by a big group did not get to use the pool. People were having a cook out late and were drinking not suitable for my two teens.

Our room had an odor to it. It was a musty smell. The floor in the bathroom and the bedroom area was dirty. There was not a mat to step out on when exiting the shower. I was very disappointed in our room on this visit especially when you pay $165 per night!

Breakfast was exceptional. The lady working that morning was busy cleaning tables and then keeping the food stocked. Everything was fresh and hot!!

This was the second time staying here and the things I noticed was around the enter rim of the bathroom sink could be cleaned a little better. Also the first time we stayed I noticed the bathroom sink and you could tell they didn’t vacuum. This passed weekend the bathroom sink and the bathroom floor still had hair on the floor so you could tell they didn’t sweep and mop/ are didn’t do and good job.

When I asked the lady at the desk to add one more day, She was going to add a huge amount due the holiday, so we had to check out n drive next door to the comfort Inn to get a reasonable rate. We had alread spent 4 days there, just needed the 31st added to our stay. She she have given me the same rate.

The accommodations were perfect for the price. Very clean and well maintained. The staff was very warm and personable…Nesha, Ursula, Karen and even the housekeepers. Excellent breakfast bar!

I wish the water pressure was better. It would be better if there were an indoor pool as well, as when I stayed it was during the winter so there was nowhere for my kids to swim. But I bet the outdoor pool is good in the summer.

The breakfast was fantastic. Sausage, bacon, omelets, pancakes, juice, milk, biscuits and gravy, and some grab and go cold options. The housekeeping ladies were friendly and did a great job.
