Stains on on both comforters, hair in shower and sink, brown grime build up around bottom of shower and outside of shower, bathroom door handle was sticky and so was remote, pulled back the blankets in bed and there were two flys. Had to wipe everything down to use

My sheets were stained in several spots. One lampshade was broken. The track for the shower doors was calcified, stained orange, and difficult to move.

I liked the streamline decor in my room.

Sofa was very uncomfortable. Pool was freezing and hot tub was ice cold. WiFi did not work in our first room and had to move to a different room day two because tv no longer worked. Renovations made it hard to get to and from room. WiFi worked when we were moved from second to first floor. Our child broke out in rash from bedding in second room.

Breakfast was great. Poor server was way too busy and needed help. Servers did great job and deserve a raise.

This hotel is under construction!! The room I was given was not properly clean!!!! The pictures provided through this site needs to be updated, the pool was dirty, cigarettes everywhere, broken pool towels, roaches in my room!!!!!.......Very Horrible!!! Never again

We had arrived around 8pm, and reserved a double Queen room. We arrive at our room upstairs (we had to pass a major renovation area) and see that the room has one King bed. I mention this to the front desk associate and I am told there are no more rooms available with 2 beds and offers a slight discount. We agree to stay in the room because there is a pull out couch, after looking at the room a second time we realize there is only one towel the floor has trash on it and the toilet appeared to not have been cleaned at all. I did ask for towels and was told it would be an hour before I could get clean towels. We decided it would be best to ask for a full refund and just look elsewhere rather than stay in a dirty room with inadequate space for our family with no clean towels.

No towels of any kind in room. No towels at pool. Keys wouldn't work 90% of time trying to open door to get in or out of pool. Saw bugs on floor in lobby. Blood on bed comforter and floor.

Breakfast was good. Lady got snappy when my son tried to go back and get food. They get it for you.

water pressure is low in bathroom sink if you eat breakfast late in the time frame, they are out of stuff and don’t refill. The carton of milk I got was spoiled Lots of trash on the floor under the sofa bed.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

I was given a room that had a gaping water bubble in the ceiling. There was no disclosure about the burst water pipes due to an unusual frigid time earlier in the year. I was also going to be charged the full price of the room until I complained. I was given a different room and a reduction in price. That room was definitely better, but still had some issues.

Hmmm!! It was close to where I was going.

The hotel was apparently under renovation, I did not once see anyone actually working on the hotel. I think that was just an excuse. It had a huge water pocket in the entrance which was leaking as we were walking in. It could have easily busted on top of someone. At 12am in the morning we had someone who was wiggling our doorknob to our room for about 15 minutes straight. There was a man barefoot in the breakfast area both days of our stay, even had his feet on chair, and staff never told him anything. It was by far the WORST stay of my life that I have ever experienced.
