I guess this is par for the course now. But hidden fees. 7 extra a night for being close to hotel and fees for parking over 20 a night. At least the 7 extra a night should be baked into booking website prices.

Not the staffs fault but their system was down so they couldn't issue room keys or issue receipts on checking out. The room I had was above the delivery vans parking lot which woke me early in the mornings.

The room is big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good. It is a good option to stay close to the airport. They also offer a shuttle to the airport.

Paper plates are not comfortable to use at breakfast, and I desire more variety. The noise level could be a concern for some individuals.

I didn't have high expectations for this place; I only chose it because of its proximity to the airport and affordable price. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the room's cleanliness and the bed's comfort. The staff was also extremely friendly and accommodating; they checked me in two hours earlier than usual and allowed me to use the business center in advance so that I could attend all my online meetings. I will definitely be coming back to this place.

The lobby had a strong chemical smell upon walking in, it was a bit much. Our second night the room key stopped working and it took three attempts getting a new one. Finally it was determined the battery on the key reader needed to be changed. It was a 30 minute production at 10:30 at night after a long day. The staff handled the issues but acted as if it was no big deal. It was like each staff member had a word limit for the day, all three we interacted with were the same. Not rude but certainly not warm or friendly. Could you use a customer service upgrade.

Room was clean, the beds were soft and comfortable. The breakfast was a good quality for being complimentary.

The blinds were damaged and fixed with tape. It looked really tacky in an otherwise nice room. There is no table and chairs for eating, despite the room having a mini fridge and microwave. We had to eat dinner on the couch over the coffee table. There was plenty of room for a small table, though.

The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The room had a nice Jacuzzi tub and a very comfortable bed.

Some of the bed linen were visibly stained. Not enough towels in the bathroom. Breakfast not as advertised (No pancakes option or bacon) Paying options for bottled water in the room with the visible price tag labelled . You could not draw the curtain for the night. Limited Shuttle time available. Shuttles work from 5 am to 10 am and only resume service after 5 pm till 10.30 pm. So if you are coming in between , you have a long wait or need to take a taxi. Taxi is expensive. Suggest uber. No dedicated USB outlets.

Big room. King Bed. Wifi. Dedicated table for working with your computer. Close to SFO airport. (Only 1.6 kms by car) Adequate Breakfast included (You get eggs and sausages, cereals, yogurt, etc). Close by was Costco, Mc Donald's, and a Chinese Buffet within walking distance.

Youngsters were looking forward to waffle or pancakes on the breakfast bar. Pool was not available for the entire stay. Limited parking. otherwise everything was okay.

Didn't have my booking when I arrived, not sure if a booking.com or hotel issue. Ultimately it wasn't a problem as they booked me in anyway, but not sure what would have happened if no empty room available despite my booking.

Travelled as a transit overnight stay. Nearby the Airport, either by taxi (approx $25) or shuttle bus. Shuttle bus timings are not well advertised, but run in the early morning and early evening only. Room was spacious and comfortable. Other reviews commented on the noise from the runways, but I didn't really experience this too badly, felt the noise levels were fine. Breakfast was decent. Staff friendly and helpful
