We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaOur room although large the floor was sticky the pull out was on mattress was not great. We saw cobwebs and the curtain didn’t full cover the light coming in. Our room was 248.
It was right off the road. Breakfast was okay. The eggs were hot. Your staff is great our front check in person was very personable and kind. Your breakfast staff was efficient and I saw them actively cleaning.

CanadaNice hotel , but a little way away from others. Next to gas station and I95. Not near any eateries, but you can take a backroad (no highway) to many choices. First was assigned 115 at the back, which was clean and bright, but because the freezer in the minifridge was inaccessible due to it being totally iced over, we were changed to 116, which was on the front. This room did not seem to be as clean, dust on the surfaces, floor lamp without a shade, there was food in the fridge, and the fridge was covered on the outside with splashes on an unknown origin. Because we had already been moved, we did not complain. The only timepiece in the room was a battery clock, which had no batteries, so there was no way of knowing the time. Great beds with good plugs ins and charging ports. Staff were very helpful.

Location was great. It was very easy to get to from the highway. Lots of dining options, gas staining and a Walmart very close.

United States of Americapool was close when i got there. hotel roof was leaking buckets and towels was on floors in hallways, could not get extra towels because they had used all. The ceiling had some of the debree fell from it onto the sheets where my grand daughter was sleeping.
The breakfast was great and coffee was good. The pool was nice and clean my grandkids enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and kind.

United States of AmericaThe check in staff. I stopped because I was falling asleep on the highway. I arrived just after 2:30 p.m. and asked if I could check in. The person behind the desk was appalled. You cannot check in until 3 p.m. "we were fully booked and have NO rooms available. " I went out to my car and waited until 3 p.m. It was very uncomfortable due to the heat. I returned to the desk shortly after 3 p.m. Again, they had no rooms ready. I finally said "you don't start cleaning rooms 11 a.m.. I have been in hotel management. Guests leave at all different times. Clearly, there are rooms that were being cleaned at 8 a.m. I am disabled, I am hot and I've paid for a room. How much longer do you think I need to wait for a room? " Clearly, starting I understood the workings of a hotel shook this woman up a bit as she started going back into the office, back to the computer, involved another person. Mind you, not communicating anything to me while this is going on. A few times, I heard "give her room number ---. Then, "no wait'. I again ask how long before a room will be clean and I should return as I was in a tremendous amount of pain standing there. No response but she did look up at me. I had long ago forgone any bed specificity. Ultimately, I was given a room and was in my way by about 3:30 or so. Sadly, this room was a long walk no matter which way I approached it. I had requested a room close to a door as I am about to have 2 knee replacements and titanium disc's put into my neck and low spine. I thought sharing this information would help them to understand the severity of my spinal issues. Of course, the bottom line was to get some rest, so long walks were the end of it.
