No safe in room. Bathroom is very outdated. Room is huge but practically empty. The free shuttle from the airport is a waste of time. You can only order it once you arrive at the airport and then you have to wait 45 minutes to be picked up.

Breakfast was excellent, and Irene was great. Eric gave an extra hand when busy and checked in with customers. Front desk was helpful 2x I needed help.

the room is poorly soundproofed and you can hear all the sounds from the corridor, air conditioning on the ground, blowing air directly at the bed, you can easily catch a cold

This was obviously an older building that was in the process of (or had been) refurbished. Room furnishings were unmatched holdovers. Bed was very comfortable with clean white linens and great pillows.

Good location. Shuttle driver Robyn was fantastic and other staff were very helpful. Nice outdoor pool with lounging area.

Had some trouble booking a shuttle from Fort Lauderdale airport to the hotel, as I did not have a phone and they did not respond to messaging through booking.com. Thankfully the driver did take me, despite not reserving it in advance. Uber needed if you wanted to get to the beach or sites (more than 1 hour walk). Busy traffic in area makes walking not very enjoyable.

Hotel is immediately to the left as you exit the Tri Rail (Sheraton station) and there is a pedestrian crossing to cross the very busy road. Train runs every hour during work hours, not so for evenings and weekends. Very affordable, train takes you right to Miami airport. Staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Challenging to get there from Miami airport using public transit. Plan on $100 for a cab ride, probably cheaper with Uber. Hotel located near busy roadways, but good sound proofing in rooms. Neighbourhood not inviting to walk around

Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff. Free shuttle to Fort Lauderdale airport leaves every hour starting at 7 am. Free coffee available in the lobby for those leaving before breakfast. Comfortable beds and linens. Nice pool area.

The restaurant was very short staffed and slow. After a long travel day, all I wanted was a sandwich and even that took well over half an hour. The breakfast was even worse. Not enough staff and people standing everywhere trying to get in. The staff looked overworked and were not friendly. I ended up ordering a fruit bowl so that I could get out in time for my shuttle to the pier.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful. My room was very spacious and much more than I expected. The pool area looked beautiful.

Morning complimentary coffee Luke warm, told staff but she was new and didnt do anything about it. Free shuttle from airport taking over 40 mins so I paid for Uber. I didn’t mind paying $285 for the night for 1 person with shuttle included but I could’ve stayed in a better place for that $$ without the shuttle

Just a bit dated. The wait for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was long. In their defence the traffic was heavy.

The staff was outstanding at the desk and the restaurant food was great all homemade food. The waitress was friendly and efficient.

The ice maker on my floor did not work, and although you have a restaurant, it was not open, and when I booked my stay, it said there was a restaurant. Well I ask you, what good is it to have a restaurant and it be closed
