Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomNothing to dislike here! Except having to leave ☺️
We loved staying here, it feels like your own apartment with everything you need. Very clean & well managed property with a great routine in place so you always have clean towels etc when you need. Very warm welcoming from management & lovely ladies who will clean your room several times a week if you want. We booked 2 weeks & ended up staying 5 because it was perfect for us. Great location on the nicer side of Waikiki, an easy walk to the beach & main shopping area. The hotel sits along a scenic river with a lovely view of the mountains. There is a great path that runs along the river to exercise or morning stroll while the sun is rising, & beautiful to walk along at dusk, we often spotted exotic birds which was lovely. It is achievable to see the best of the island from here with or without a car. Since we drive on the other side of the road, we used the local buses that run along the next street & reached Waimanalo, Hanauma Bay. Kailua, Lanakai which are all the best beaches. We loved the Hula Shows in the nearby centres. We even enjoyed it at the hotel launderette, sitting in the breeze with the lovely views while we washed & dried our clothes. A wonderful holiday in beautiful Hawaii & we thank you very much for our stay.

United States of AmericaNoise from the street (mainly VERY LOUD car exhaust) in the deluxe room (facing the Ala Wai Blvd) was really excessive.
Good place to stay in Hawaii. We stayed here for 11 nights. Great location, 7 -10 minutes to the Waikiki Beach. If you ask, they might provide you with everything you need, like beach chairs, beach towels, snorkeling mask, etc. Cleaning is 3 times per week. It's a little bit old hotel, so some things in the room are old fashioned, but in good condition. Think of it as a retro vibe :) We had amazing views from our balcony, but unfortunately, the street side was too loud because of the road nearby. But if you have good sleep, it's not a problem. In a room we had a kitchen, so it's a big plus if you need a special kind of food to eat or just trying to save money on restaurants. Parking is available in the basement and priced reasonably. The manager was helpful and accommodating. Recommend this hotel!

GermanyIt is a bit noisy at night. However, this wasn't a problem for us.
We had a great stay here. The location is ideal for exploring Waikiki but also the whole island of Oahu. The furniture was a bit outdated, however it was all clean and the fridge and microwave were completely new. It is also possible to get snorkeling equipment and beach toys which was great. Communication with the manager was always friendly and easy going. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is great! Close to lots of restaurants. (Within 10 minutes walking). There are several shopping centers nearby including Nordstrom Rack, Ross Department store, Macy, if you want to shopping luxury store, GUCCI, LV ….are all within walking distance. There is also a pick up and drop off station for all day trips tours. Just in front of the Ross department store! So the location is very good

United States of AmericaSome of the kids mentioned that the beds were too hard. I found my bed to be comfortable and I slept well. It's on a busy roadway so there is some occasional city noise, but we packed sound machines to that sleeping through the noise was easier.
This is a great place for a Hawaii/Waikiki family vacation that won't break the bank. It felt like home and the kids looked forward to crashing here after a long day sightseeing or at the beach. We were treated very graciously by the staff whenever we made a request. Having a kitchen in each room meant we could prepare simple meals for the varied interests of our kids. Parking was perfectly adequate. It was really nice to be so close (short walking distance) to all the shopping and eating venues in Waikiki.

United States of AmericaThe hotel is really central, walkable to every part of Waikiki aerea. I was with a friend and we really enjoyed the possibility to go for dinner and drinks without have to take the car and going to the beach in the morning without any problem with finding a parking spot or driving in traffic.

Canadanothing! everything is so perfect for this place!
Would 10/10 stay again!! Patrick is super responsive to any questions and comments I had and location was AMAZING!!! literally 5 minute walk to Waikiki Beach and 5 minute walk to international marketplace. Everything was conveniently close if you wanted to walk and I'd def stay again! The unit itself was clean and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. There's also a laundromat in the ground floor which is another good thing, very close to anywhere, the is one hidden gem in Waikiki. For the price itself, I would definitely stay here again as everything meets my expectation.

United States of AmericaThis was the worst choice I've made in all the years of using Booking.com. When I find a new hotel with at least an 8.0 rating, I feel like it shouldn't be too bad. I was so wrong this time! As a Booking.com faithful customer of many years and hotel stays, this experience has caused me to lose faith in them, and I will be using another booking service now. Hotel Service is not on-site. No one was there when we arrived or as we left the next morning, and other guests were at the door of the locked lobby waiting to get in. You must call and have an arrival time to be met and given your key. We were unsure of how to get to the secondary entrance that night and had to search a bit to find the door we could use our key in. No signs pointed us in the right direction, and the area behind was sketchy and dark. Our room was in terrible condition, from the broken window frame and curtain that wouldn't close, allowing light and noise in all night from across the alley, to splatters and stains on the walls and carpets. It was gross. The deck we were looking forward to using, we couldn't even get access to at all with the curtain and window issues. I tried several times to no avail. The beds weren't very comfortable, and with the light and noise through the open window, it was hard to get to sleep. Props to whoever washes the bedding as it smelled clean and fresh, although there was no top sheet. Charging for phones or any other charging needs near the bed was nonexistent. The shower was not easily accessible and was dark. We didn't bother using it as we were going to check out ASAP. Even at the standard morning checkout times, no one was at the desk when we were heading out, so I had to call and email about all the problems. No one seemed apologetic or very concerned with my room issues and complaints, from the hotel (manager, I guess) to the person I spoke to with Booking.com. BOOKING.
General area of hotel is OK.

The room was big and have everything you need to cook. The AC works perfectly. They have a parking that I definitely recommend. We will stay here again. Thank you so much 😊
