Internet was slow and sometimes spotty, the TV had issues and wouldn’t change the channel correctly, the bathroom didn’t have a fan, and the electrical power in the bathroom would fluctuate. Having said all this I was offered a different room and I declined as I didn’t want to have to move all my stuff. So, the staff did try to accommodate me.

We didn’t see a king size bed option. When we checked in they said breakfast was until 10 but that was only on the weekend. We missed it on Monday because it ended at 9 and we were unaware.

Miscommunication regarding the jacuzzi. I was told I could use it and while I was in it the maintenance person came in and said it was closed.

The room had a large fridge and dishwasher which was nice but whatever was used to clean the outside just left streaks all over the front of each unit. If that's how the appliances are cleaned, not sure I want to know how much effort the rest of the room had. The 'queen' bed was really uncomfortable, time to replace, lumpy old, I did not get a good nights sleep due to the bed.

Very good breakfast with a lot of variety. Pleasantly surprised. I like the way the hotel was decorated, inviting and pleasant. I stayed in a studio for 7 nights and it was comfortable. (except for the bed).

Quiet location. Centrally located for ease of access. Was visiting our daughter in Golden but also traveling to CO Springs one evening for an event.

Room was very spacious with full kitchen queen bed and sofa bed. Plenty of space for people and luggage. Staff was very friendly and even let me check in two hours early because I was traveling in the evening and wouldn’t be back until late at night.

The breakfast was horrible and seemed like it was just left overs from the morning before. The breakfast sausage was so dried out and disgusting and we went down there for breakfast by 6:15. Very disappointing

Breakfast was good first morning, second morning very limited amounts were put out so you thought they had nothing then a few more came out but was gone before you could get it. I guess you had to ask for it before it was made.

There was a dishwasher 7 plates five glasses three spoons in the drawer but there was no forks. It made it difficult for me to eat the pasta that I bought downstairs with no Fork.

We did not like That they used a kureig coffee pot as an upgrade for a room. We were there for 4 nights and spent $800.00 and they still would not upgrade me to a good coffee pot, so I went to Walmart and bought a $20.00 coffee pot so that I could have my coffee that I am used to having every morning. We did not like That the lady making breakfast had a horrible attitude.(not that it matters, but she looked like an African American lady)There was never any orange juice. No basic things like oatmeal. And when you asked about them you got this very sour look and foul loud voice saying no we just have biscuits and gravy and she would turn around and walk off. When we encountered her the next morning we had the same problem asking for something else. However later that day going to the front desk she was tending the front desk where she had a great attitude. Personally, people should be the same no matter where they are. You are supposed to grow where you are planted. I made a point not to encounter her again for the rest of our stay. We chose not to have breakfast here because of her bad attitude.

I really liked the room. It had a couch to sit on after a day at the races. We enjoyed the large shower. The bathroom cabinets were set up to hang your wet hand towels over to dry. Liked the racks for the plates in the kitchen cabinets. The double blinds were great. We really enjoyed having the shower gel and shampoo pump containers in the shower. The rooms were very convenient and very well laid out. We will stay here again but just won't eat their breakfast. And if you drink coffee pods bring your own pot.
