Sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced.

The corner suite was great! We were in Room 502. Hotel rooms need a bit of an update but it was very clean. The sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced - springs were popping through. For the suites they should think about pulling up the carpet all over and replace with laminate wood flooring.

Breakfast tables are not clean, it is always sticky. Number of employees are not enough to help customers. They do not make up the rooms except after 4 days.

The receptionist at check in was so friendly and extremely helpful. She was knowledgeable about the area and how we could best travel to our final destination.

Housekeeping came knocking on our door at 9a. Before we could get up and answer the door, she was coming in. Asked front desk why they don't wait till we check out and he made excuse that some people will check out electronically and leave early. Either way, they should be able to know who has checked out without coming in.

They gave us connected rooms, which is good but the bathroom commode flash of our one connected room wasn’t working, so they had to change our one room to another floor! We were a family, but we had to stay in 2 different floors because of that issue!

However, there was trash underneath the sink located in the kitchenette from the previous guest along with hair in the bathroom sink and shower.

Summer pricing made this room uncomfortably priced. As a budget traveler, this was not the best place to select, but it was necessary, so I eliminated other local activities to afford this room.

The room was clean & comfortable. The location was great; both in general locale and in actual location relative to where I needed to stay for this trip.

Our booking post promised queen beds but we definitely received full beds instead. Not terrible but would have preferred the queen. Other than that, the room and property was clean. Breakfast was great!

Staff was not helpful when I asked for assistance with the microwave as it wasn't working or the setting wasn't correct. Staff said there are no maintenance available (on a Saturday), and she wasn't even helpful as I wanted to ask if anyone can at least check the settings. She said, she will email maintenance but no one ever came in the days I stayed. It is good I just played around with the settings of the microwave, which it finally worked. In my country, your staff actions / statement is a big NO! In short, extending a little courtesy and an extra mile in solving the problem would have a better experience. What is she trying to say, if something breaks, no one can come and solve the problem? I know when passing by the front desk, they would greet the guest with "how are you?", but that is all just fake questions and no sincerity.

The room was clean, had necessary facilities. Breakfast was good with a variety of hot meals. the place was clean. Plenty of parking.

The bathroom could have been a lot cleaner. Mildew in the shower as well as having a leaky faucet wasn’t expected.

I was charged again at the hotel after paying for my room in full days before, that was frustrating but eventually I did get a refund. Luckily I was prepared for that and had the funds to cover the cost of the room again and the "incidental" fee.

The rooms were very nice, something's in the suite could've used some updating but overall I would stay again.
