I didn't like that the property only gave us 3 sets of towels and say they didn't have anymore

Towels and garbage were not picked up by housekeeping. We weren’t told at check-in we had to put towels and garbage outside the door by 7am. We had to buy towels and bath cloths during stay.

The room was okay. Nothing fancy but fine to sleep there one night. It has a pool which was nice but the lights didn't turn on which made it dark in there to swim at dusk time.

Breakfast was disappointing. They had pancakes (pretty good), eggs (wet), ham slices, yogurt, cereal, biscuits, bagels, toast, muffins (these were dry) Indoor pool was very cold! Be prepared :-)

Staff was very nice, rooms were clean. It was only about 15-20 minutes from Graceland, which was why we chose this property. Decent restaurants near the property, Golden Corral, Memphis BBQ, Texas RoadHouse, Cracker Barrel are across the street

Breakfast wasn’t very good! Coffee in all pots was cold at 7:00 supposed to be ready at 6:00. No warm food like scrambled eggs waffles etc! Went and ate a restaurant!

The walls were thin so we could hear our neighbors snoring. Also hear the traffic outside. Breakfast was lacking, but worked with it

The Pool; Extremely too much chlorine in pool; You can literally smell the chlorine in the hallway and on the elevator. I could tell that they do not have Pool Service Technician, and will allow anyone clean/service the pool.Which is extremely dangerous and unsafe.

The property and room was clean.Check-in was easy.Pet friendly environment($25 additional charge for pets); Overall everything was good….

I felt furniture was worn and dated making the room not feel as clean. Also the room could be cleaner. Details like wiping down the door to get stains off and cleaning bottom of surfaces as well.

I didn’t like that I was put in a room that wasn’t cleaned originally I had to take a pic and walk back out I don’t know what that confusion was but not cool and I didn’t care for the breakfast it definitely wasn’t good thank you

the area and not as expensive but not worth the price .. I stayed at a Marriott that was brand new for $119 a night so I didn’t think this was worth the price

The pool was a big reason we booked here but it was closed. Having kids that is something i always look for but there was no indication online when booking that the pool was not available. Also the workout area did not have any air, it was like working out in a sauna. At least place a fan in that room so the air circulates.

Breakfast was ok, the pancake machine was nice. But the eggs were like rubber.

The pool was cold. The breakfast was in need of upgrade in food selection.

The location was central to alot of businesses. The hotel does need some repairs but overall it was a nice location.

The room didn’t smell fresh nor clean. The toilet had a bad smell. The sofa sleeper mattress was very poor and discolored. Had to reuse the same towels due to towel shortage. King bed made noise(bad mattress).

Beds were very worn and uncomfortable. The staff was not rude but also not friendly or hospitable at all, very dry. "Name? Here's your room number and key" Zero hospitality, no greeting nor gratitude that we chose to stay there entering or check out. Breakfast ends early and was not very good. Gnats coming from the milk jugs.

The rooms were very clean. Pool looked clear and clean. I loved the option of the general store items being available to purchase. Great location. Fridge and microwave available.
