“Checkin was relatively easy. The exterior of the building was decent enough. The front desk clerk that checked us in was okay, but was rather short and impatient with an elderly, wheelchair bound veteran who was having difficulties following her instructions. My husband assisted him when she failed to do so or offered to find him help upon his request with taking some of his belongings to his room. Very disheartening way to treat a veteran. :( Our room was nice. Everything seemed to be updated. The floors were wood laminated, the bathroom was clean. There was sufficient towels. The bed was comfy and there was ample pillows. Check out was easy and the front desk clerk was pleasent.”
