Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The area where the toilet and bathtub are together is small (5'X5') and the toilets are standard height not ADA height. The rooms are a little smaller than what is perceived on line (rooms are maybe 10'x 12' with 2 full size beds). The mini frig was not cold. I was on the coldest setting and it kept refrigerated items "cool".
The breakfast was ok. From the photo on the site it looked like there were more options. But it was ok. The front desk was very nice. Thank you for accommodating our dogs. I did not see the email that 1 dog was the limit until later in the day when we were already in route. So thank you for making the exception. I like that the hotel was located by so many shopping areas incase we needed anything. The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING! Our room was quiet. We did not hear any neighbors. The only thing we would here is a plane once in a while.

I wouldn't stay here again. The manager and the staff were awesome people and they have security everywhere. But they can't control who can stay and there was one room that i'm pretty sure didn't care about the property or anyone for that matter. The female was with her breast out and the male was with an erection as they stood with the door open and allowed a 2 year old to run wild. I don't blame the hotel or the staff. I just had bad luck. My room WAS clean and I did feel safe.

The sound carries easily through the rooms. Thankfully it was rather quiet as the hotel is set back a bit from the road and intersections.
Quick easy check in. Lots of parking. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Love the blackout curtains. Bed was very comfy with lots of pillows.

The other guests were loud & knocked on doors (playing) all hours of the morning. The flying bugs that were in the room made it hard to relax, it was just loud, and excessive loud music at all hours ( The hotel probably couldn't control it, but I didn't like it.)
Convenience and the staff were very friendly.

This was not an upscale hotel, but it was a very decent hotel. We have stayed at this property several times. The staff has always been very nice & accommodating. The room was clean & outside of the property was clean as well. The only downfall was the bed coverings. It only had a sheet to cover up with. So, bring your own blanket. I'm sure hotels stopped using blankets/bedspreads after COVID. Overall, as always, it was an excellent stay.

The covers on the bed were kinda thin.

The air conditioner was loud and even when turning it to a comfortable temperature, it was still too cold. I didn't want to freeze like a Popsicle.
The location was convenient to the functions my Significant Other & I attended.

Didn't know about a deposit for the rooms and that haven't given it back like I was told they would. Also tried changing me for extra night stay because they charged my card for the rooms before I gotten there. Where it said pay at property.
