Rooms were very tired and really need to be refreshed, especially the sofa which was totally threadbare. The AC is very loud and there was some other mechanical noise that made the entire room shake.

Breakfast was good staff was very helpful. Now the bad, caught some creepy guys trying to get in our room and others. Charged 3× for a two night stay plus a hundred deposit. Still have not got my money back

A bit of highway noise but not disturbing. Pity no yogurt for breakfast. Road construction in the area really tied up nearby streets.

The front desk people could be a little bit more friendly and they seem to spend most of the time in the back I stood out front but I checked in for almost 10 minutes before someone realized I was there so I could check in

The room was exceptionally clean, with very comfortable bed linens and freshly washed covers. The temperature control was perfect, and because the hotel sits quite a bit back from the highway, it was very quiet, and I slept so soundly.

The room was very large and comfortable. There was a refrigerator in the room, microwave, very comfy chair. A sofa bed with a couple ottomans. And PLENTY of room. A business center (computers to use) and a real good breakfast with eggs, sausage many breads, etc. downstairs.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, impressed that they shoveled out the handicapped parking spot first man and woman did it together and quickly. Very clean and comfortable pool and hot tub,water temperature on both were excellent.nice to have a hot tub that was hot for change (but not too hot) Rooms clean,bed great!

only thing was there was an article of clothing in the room from previous tenant. It had fallen in between the furniture so it was an easy miss by housekeeping. Some of the lightbulbs were not working. Staff was quick to respond. One of the electrical outlets wasn't working

Clean and comfortable, staff was very pleasant; when we asked to use the pool/hot tub, they didn't complain about it being late and opened it early and allowed us to work out before leaving in the morning for another long day of travel. Breakfast was very good. Comfortable and good nights rest. Fairly quiet

Cons: upon arrival checking my bed as one should do, there was a ton of hair on my bedding. Loose hair, not the kind that you wash and it gets half caught in the fabric of the sheets and comforter. Women’s hair, short hair, just a bunch of hair. We asked housekeeping to kindly replace our bedding. They rolled their eyes and whispered to each other while changing the bedding. I tipped them and they took it and left. No thank you no eye contact. The first night there a lady was screaming down the hall, police arrived there was domestic violence case. Pull out couch was covered in hair and random stains with no sheets. Along with white stains on the couch. We had to reorganize the room because we needed the pullout couch to fit.

Pros: they set us in a room in a corner right across the ice machine, as we were traveling so that was very helpful. The beds were comfortable and I felt very rested all 3 days I stayed. Walgreens, Walmart, simple fast food, Starbucks is easily accessible with a short drive. There was always plenty of hot breakfast, and if not they were quick to refill what was out. The shower pressure was really nice. Bathroom was spacious.

One staff member was rude. Telling us we would paid $125 for a stain towel. That wasn't call for. A female that work night shifted just wasn't friendly

The only slight "issue" was the bed was not as comfy as I had hoped, especially after reading the reviews raving about the beds.

We loved the location, the facility, the room, and amenities. The breakfast was actually delicious.
