The hotel staff put us near the ice machine, and people went to the ice machine after 3 am. The breakfast selection was quite sparse with little variety or options

The breakfast was very poor, no bread and spreads at all. Facilities were not in a good condition.

Hey so this place was decent to price. I didn't see not one roach as the reviews said there was lots of them. The place is pretty big, had a nice walk around the property with no disturbance. Had room 200 upstairs in the front. Only thing was someone came into room to "clean" but the same sheets were in bed that got made. Plus the bathroom mostly the shower didn't get cleaned. I honestly wasn't expecting anyone to go in the room while we w ere away for the day. It was thoughtful that the beds were made but the shower was disappointing. If you went in to "clean" why didn't the shower get done. Either way it was nice stay and I would definitely book again. Nothing was missing and we got some much needed rest. Plus in the morning huge waffles await to be made in the lobby.

I called twice to assure my expectations were met. I reserved a fridge and microwave. Upon check in they denied it and wouldn't provide.There was a washing Machine or some machinery vibrating the room starting in early morning. When I mentioned it they denied it.

I didn’t like the bed, too soft for two people. You can hear the people next door, noisy. The toilet didn’t flush, the shower water turns cold after 10 minutes. Roaches crawling on me while I was sleeping. The person in the front desk over charge our card for 204.73 and the 144.73. We didn’t like that. Seems that they are not honest when charging people. Very upsetting.

The room was rundown. The service was just ok. The people above us sounded like they were rearranging the furniture. Get the 2nd floor.

For the price and location it was a good stay. Everything worked in the room. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. It was fine for an overnight stay but I probably wouldn't do an extended stay. Water pressure was good.

There was dead roaches on the bathroom floor, it was dingy, the stairs are falling apart on one side, and the balcony that you have to walk on to get to your room, felt spongy and like it would fall in. Very scary. The ice machine does not work, nor do the vending machines. I actually had to go down to 7/11 to use an ATM to pull out cash to pay because their machine would not accept my card and kept declining even though there was plenty of money in my account...

The staff was great, could not have been more helpful.

There are pest aka roaches their in the room. Every night we killed about 1 or 2. Some of the staff were rude and I believed because my wife is Latina and they wanted to rush us out in such a way. Then with another staff member she was much kinder and great with my daughter. I believe my presence was the caused of this. It's great for people that need a temporary stay like truckers to rest bad if you are staying for more then 2 days.

Old dirty place with high prices. Booking.com said nothing about a separate deposit fee billed separately from room charge. Breakfast only had coffee ni juice or milk for the kids. Oatmeal and a walfle maker only.

Some of the sockets didn't work and when we walked in the lights wouldn't turn on. I has requested a non-smoking room but that's not what I got.

No refrigerator. With some fresh paint the room would be greatly improved. Make sure that housecleaning cleans the previous occupier's toothpaste out of the sink and hair in the shower. The breakfast was meh.
