There were no linens for the pull out in the King Suite. Had to go get them as staff would not bring them. They supplied sheets, no blanket. Breakfast attendant was rude and seemed annoyed and impatient with diners. Hot tub was hot, but the jets did not work. Pool only had ladders, no step in access.

The location had easy access.

Had to take the stairs 3 floors up to find the toilet dirty not cleaned. Changed rooms and one bed was sort of made, trash in the cans, shower not cleaned

We've stayed here for years but in recent years this motel has gone steadily downhill. There seems to be constant maintenance and upkeep issues.Elevator was broken again (only 1) and other guests said they were told by staff it's been out of order for a month.Main floor ice machine out of order for the 3rd straight time we stayed here so if you wanted ice you had to walk up to the second floor since the elevator was out. The room bathroom tub plumbing had cracked, dirty caulking and the spout and faucet was loose and pulled out of the wall when using. Breakfast room attendant too busy watching tv to refill coffee pots.

The elevator was NOT working. The channels were limited because the satellite wasn’t working. It had at least five Dish Network channels.

I love the location. It’s close to shopping and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was very clean.

The front desk person was EXTREMELY RUDE…this was just after a midnight arrival Friday into early Saturday morning the 10th-11th of March, 2023. The sheets on our sofa bed in our queen suite had not been washed and had very yellow urine stains, still damp, on the top and fitted sheets!! Upon taking them down to the front desk to ask for clean sheets and expressed our disappointment in having dirty sheets, the rude girl at the front desk said we could have chosen to stay somewhere else!!!! It was obvious the sweeper had not been run in the our room or in the hallways. The pool area was dirty and there were no clean pool towels available. They were out of several items at breakfast that we waited fifteen minutes for them to refill and were completely out of things like cream cheese for bagels. What a sad situation to be representative of an otherwise reliable hotel chain. Will never stay there again and will tell everyone we can to avoid the same awful experience!!

I called to ask about the hot tub. They told me it was up and running and when I got here less than 24 hours later, it was drained and you couldn’t even get into the pool area.

Servicing the room - there was none - not collection of trash, no pick up or walk through, nothing! And yet they had cleaning clue, and more than enough for each floor - who spent a lot of time in breakfast room and in the staff room. I was extremely disappointed. And others got service. Not just those rooms that were vacated.

i had to work while I was there for the weekend. The Internet was terrible. It was worse than dial up when I went to the front desk to ask about it they said oh you were the last room on the hall on the second floor so you’re too far away from the receiver. so why don’t you move me to another room. It was terrible I couldn’t complete anything. I ended up having to go to McDonald’s to do my work. And they’re like oh well turn off the Wi-Fi on your phone I said I’m not working on my phone I have a laptop I am actually doing work. The breakfast was nothing to write home about not a lot of options and not very good for the amount I paid for the weekend

walk in lobby and floors in front of front desk filthy.. elevator floor had sticky stuff all over the floor..get to our room and there’s marks on door frame from someone breaking into room/picking door latch! open door and first thing we see is a 2&4 foot drywall patch on wall unfinished and unpainted..look to the right under the sink and there’s the trim for that wall laying there on floor..wife used towel to wipe pubic hair from bath floor..and the queen bed was sunk in the center so your stuck against each other!! after a couple hours of restless sleep we left! I needed rest so bad after driving 8 hours..only to pay 130$ to be creeped out over a horrible hotel and get no rest for todays 5 hour ride home..I wouldn’t suggest a single person to ever stay at this hotel
