Make sure there’s good coffee available and provide better quality food and drinks. I know this is a small thing, but it put a damper on our visit.

The location was good and close to the freeway. The breakfast was substandard. There was no coffee and they ran out of eggs. Overall the food was skimpy.

The rooms were not ready at check in. We had to wait and extra hour. The employee who checked us in was professional but was a bit rude and short. I was charged an extra $25 above the price I was given from Priceline. The hot tub was not hot and the jets were barely working.

The property is very modern and well kept. The rooms were large and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety and was good quality.

The air conditioner was pretty loud in our room and refrigerator wasn’t the best but other than that everything was great!

The food was very good. Good selection of foods for people that have different eating preferences. The fresh baked cookies were great distance for getting food is all around which was a plus and not too far to go to where we need to go.

Bath tub was chipped/had enamel damage making it uninviting to bathe in. And it was dirty under the bathroom counters. There was also a bright flood light outside of our window and the curtains could not block out the light.

It was dog friendly, the room was a good size and clean and there were good breakfast options.

One of the room attendants (maid) did not clean any of the room. He only left towels and certainly grabbed the $10.00 I left for a tip! He did not even dump the garbage or simply make the beds! In the pool area the white drain stripe around the pool was very yucky dirty! There was this skummy kind of goop around the hot tub hand bar! It needs to be comprehensively cleaned. Other wise the pool was nice and clean.

Handicapped room very near the elevator and the lobby! That was great! The desk staff and room staff we very friendly and accommodating! We really enjoyed the pool area.

The service was poor. We couldn't check into our room an hour early... I had called the front desk 5 times prior to showing up to ask if we could check in early. Each time I called, it rang and rang and then it was like the line was picked up then hung up. I finally get there and we couldn't even check in. Later on when we did check in, the employee assisting us was unprofessional. She had no uniform or name tag on. She was wearing a t-shirt with some sort of designer logo or writing unrelated to Comfort Suites. She was cold and impersonal. She informed me that the pool was closed. When I asked how come they don't inform guests of that ahead of check in time, she replied with a very rude comment of "that's above my pay grade". It would have been nice to have been informed ahead of time so that I did not tell my child that we would get to go swimming that night for the last 6 hours while driving. I asked her for her name because, like I mentioned before, she had no name tag. She indicated her name was Lena.

It was clean and well kept. The breakfast was great.
