We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaBreakfast could have more to offer as muffins were a the same. Didn't understand, having a handicap room in a different building so had to walk to main part of motel to eat breakfast or use the pool. Not good for being handicap.

United States of AmericaBreakfast was the only thing that wasn't excellent. Good but only cold and grab and go options. And in our case we had to go over to the main building to get breakfast, though our building did have the vending machines.
The rooms were really nice and clean and the place was quiet. The staff was super friendly. We brought our dog and they keep the pet friendly rooms downstairs. Someone had moved our room in their system to an upstairs room but the lady apologized multiple times while she had to move our room to the second building, just because it has finished their current renovations. Even without their renovations, which I'm not sure what they entail, our room was still excellent.

First time at this hotel. The rates were very good so we decided to book a room. Everything was beyond expectations. The room was very clean and and offered room for a recliner, which I enjoyed. I was very pleased and would stay there again.

United States of AmericaPool area was dangerous with pool water on the SMOoTH tiles around the pool. The air was soooo chorinated that it smelled at the front desk. It was very hard to stay in the pool area for more than 15-30 minutes.
Breakfast was a good selection. Plenty of seating with tables.

Breakfast was adequate. They had waffles. Owners were very nice as was the breakfast attendant. Restroom was clean and the bed linens were clean.

United States of AmericaBiggest issue was that hotel claimed no prepayment was required and could pay upon arrival (a deposit may be used to verify card but would be returned asap) but the morning of our trip the hotel held the full amount of our stay on my card and even though I didn't use that same form of payment upon arrival, it took 2 whole business days AFTER our departure for the deposit amount to get released. So the card I had intended to use for other activities while on our trip was nearly maxed out the whole time but since I had also paid with an alternative form of payment, I had already used that money as well. It was kind of frustrating. Also upon booking we didn't realize there was 2 seperate buildings, and we were not in the main building with the lobby and pool... so that was an inconvenience.
Breakfast was nice, rooms were clean enough (although had an odd smell...we weren't sure if it was carpet cleaner or what), pool was small but was fine, checking in was quick and easy and gal was friendly, room amenities were decent (microwave, fridge, hair dryer)
