The room was mostly quiet. However, I requested a first floor room because I am handicapped. The front clerk did move things around to accommodate me. I was there for medical reasons.

The room was clean and comfortable, however, there was no shampoo or in room coffee available. No ink pen or paper. The only way I could communicate with the front desk was with my own cellphone. The room phone was working. Handicap or not, safety bars should be installed in the shower.

Bathtub tile walls were slimy-not cleaned. Loud music Sunday night for over 4 hours and no one to call about it. Filter for the coffee pot would have been nice and dish soap so we wouldn't have to buy a whole bottle for a few days stay. Also there were no laundry soap dispensers in the laundry room so unless you bring your own you can't do laundry. The wall between the beds should be removed. There is not enough room to get in and out, even for a thin person.

Front desk clerk Walter went above and beyond to accommodate a longer stay for us. The beds were very, very comfortable.

Our accessible room was missing a nightstand and comfortable chair that looked like they were removed. Oddly the CA required low bed is actually bad for cripples-hard to get in wheelchair. Shower bench too far from faucet.

Very clean, ample parking, large room, laundry available, accessible bathroom. You can get dishes, coffee pot, pans, etc. but you have to ask at desk.

Our room had a third of roll of toilet paper left and no back ups. And the “breakfast” was very disappointing. Also the Wi-Fi situation was unexpected. You’re paying so much for a room, Wi-Fi should be included.

The hotel location is very convenient. The room is with small kitchen and the refrigerator is quite big for a long-stay guest.

The shower pressure was bad. It was like standing under a light drizzel. There was a little kitchen corner but no plates or forks so you had to ask from the desk.

It was cute motel. Little graden middle of the motel. Rooms were clean. Wifi was good. For us it was perfect location.

Please don't advertise as "breakfast included" when you are only providing coffee and muffins. It's a bit misleading.

Clean room, poor lighting though. Your staff was exceedingly helpful, especially the manager James and one of the staff, Ricardo. I really appreciated the attitude of everyone around.

Room was too close to the freeway, traffic noise was loud. No microwave, no coffee maker in the room. No ice machine, no breakfast but protein bar and run out of coffee creamer, coffee not available 24 hours.

The bed was hard as a rock, hard to get a good nights sleep. There were cards in the room that said the hotel provided plates, utensils, cups etc. call the front desk & they will deliver to you room. I tried that and was told to come to the lobby to get it. If there's a staff shortage then they should remove those cards.
