The room we were given was right next to an outside door. That door wouldn't open no matter how many times you tried it. So, we were kept awake most of the night with people struggling to try and open the door. We were told breakfast started at 6. We went down at 10 after...there was nobody at the front desk, no breakfast, not even coffee. It wouldn't have been an issue, but my boyfriend had class and needed to leave. You have to ask for a coffee make in your room...but the desk wasn't open, so he had to go buy some on the way. There was blood smeared on the walls in the back of the hallway.

I enjoyed the spacious room for the price and proximity to Toyota Music Pavillion. We were able to walk to the concert. The bed was pretty comfortable.

Rough! room was very average. No usb charging plugs anywhere in room. Breakfast wasn’t. they said it just didn’t get there.. BOTH DAYS. No utensils in room, but they would give you some at front desk in other building.

Great location very close to Convention Center. Good price for the facilities. Parking was good.

They have to refill the items during the breakfast hours. they are not available all the time in the breakfast hours. Not all laundry machines in working state. so waiting time is high to complete laundry.

I didn't like booking.com leaving me on hold to wait in the lobby for hours while they fixed this double booking ... all you had to do was pay this room as i paid the other that was booked but instead you had me wait for 3-4 hours in the lobby.

The only thing that we didn't like that there was dead roaches in cabinets and in the refrigerator!

The staff was very nice and helpful very attentive! We had a problem and they were fast to fix it without any issues. Very great service! The pool was also great!

The room had missing appliances. No extra amenities (soap) hotel description in Booking stated a toaster was part of the room (was not) the hair dryer was gone (wall holder for it was there), toilet paper holder was broken, toilet ran at random times. Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. The breakfast was prepackaged muffins - no hot food, or liquids other than coffee with sugars and powdered creamer.

The close proximity to the Irving Convention Center. The staff (Aussie) was so nice, other thN some missing appliances and fixtures, room was comfortable.

The outside doors on building 2 do not lock. Anybody can come in the building at any time.

None of the elevators were working (would have been nice to know) it smelled like smoke (non-smoking rooms/areas) in the middle of the night there were alarms going off and people running up and down the hall.

Liked that it had wifi and double beds other than that spend the extra money somewhere else.

We needed to wait on the front desk person multiple times and there is no bell to alert someone you are there. I was in a non-smoking room, but it was right above a smoking floor and the smoke was bad enough to burn my eyes and throat. Though it is relatively close to the airport, there is no airport shuttle. The bathroom toilet was a very slow flush and the shower in a bit of disrepair. We left about 6:50 in the morning and there was no breakfast, at least not by then. The overall vibe was slightly sketch.

But, the bedding was comfortable. The staff person was friendly when he showed up. It was relatively cheap.

It was messy in the bathrooms; people smoking drugs on the location. Staff was not trained to handle more than one person. Both rooms smelled and looked like they were just looked over.
