The only thing I was disappointed in, was the lack of carpeting. Although I do understand from a room maintenance perspective, this makes the most economic sense. This seems to transmit noise and is a little less comfortable when not wearing shoes, Which I always take off as I enter the room.

I didn’t try the breakfast, but I really enjoyed the room layout. Very modern, well-maintained, considering the proximity to the ocean, which was very nice by the way. I especially liked the enclosed balcony deck With the two chairs and end table which I did use. Your desk person was very cordial and welcoming.

In second building so distance from breakfast spot. Rock steps near our building to dangerous for us as no railing. Also needed another chair in our room. Missed having a tub. Bed very high up!

Ocean view thru picture windows. Loved little covered patio . Large room and bath. Enjoyed fireplace and large tv and coffee in room. Appreciated early checkin.

The room had a platform bed frame and was not big enough for it in the space. I ran into the corner of the bed frame twice with my left knee and have been suffering since from the pain and bruising

Room was small, but we knew that going in. It was very clean. The in-room coffee was excellent! Breakfast had a lot of variety including gluten free items that we really appreciated. The bed was super comfortable! Most of all the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again!

Nothing really, we received an upgrade on arrival and the room was great. Rooms are more like a four star standard; breakfast is relatively basic (have to bear in mind this is a 3 star hotel), but it does the job. Access to hot water and coffee is a nice bonus.

We had two rooms. Some upper electrical outlets did not work, the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, we had to request a fitted sheet and the phone didn’t work in the south unit. In the efficiency suite there were ants.

The location is fantastic with easy access to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast was great, it was kept well stocked with food, the service was great. Staff was friendly.

definitely needed more waste baskets. it only had one very small one which became very inconvenient. also needed face cloths hand towels. just seemed like they needed a little help getting going after. remodeling. Small easily fixable problems. still give it 5 stars

Could not find the luggage cart, it they were hidden underneath the stairwell on the bottom floor and we were on the 2nd floor, It was a fluke I saw them as I was headed to the beach.

The room was very modern and exceptionally clean. Hotel lobby very clean front staff friendly.
