We loved everything about the stay other than the dog in the room next to us. It barked quite a bit. The guests clearly left the dog alone because once we heard the people come back. The dog stopped barking as much. It was frustrating because we were getting away to relax and sleep/rest and the dog just kept barking loudly and really disturbed our stay. We will absolutely be staying again on our next trip to Lincoln City!

The breakfast was great! The staff were awesome! The gentleman who checked us in was absolutely wonderful. We relayed a slight complaint about the dog next to our room and he was so sweet and called to address the situation. He was so kind about it and didn't make us feel bad at all for complaining. It really felt like he cared that we had a peaceful time and was happy to support the non disturbance rule and enforce it to the other guests. The cookies and chowder were such a fun touch. We can't wait to book another stay! Thank you!

I didn't like how the pictures didn't match the room description. I was upgraded to the king suite because I fooled it into what I booked. Please make sure you call the hotel first to see what you're actually booking.

Alicia at the desk was amazing. She was super sweet and made our stay perfect! We loved our king suite room it was perfect. We had an ocean view with a nice soaking tub. It was a great Christmas getaway.

Booking had wrong room info with listing. I had to spend an hour trying to fix and charged extra. I would have went down street to better room and hotel but they wouldn’t refund, I got a decent room but paid over $200.

I do not have criticism. We were happy with our full experience.

The whole facility was wonderful. We enjoyed our room, the full kitchen, and most of all the amazing balcony and view. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. My daughters enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The water pressure in the shower was excellent! We traveled with a dog and were greeted and treated like we belonged there.

There was some error in the booking of the room and staff accidently cancelled and did not rebook my reservation. They found us a room which was still nice but not the upper floors as we booked in advance. We were scouting this location for future vacation stays. The hubby & I wished the slider had a screen door to at least hear the ocean or have a window that opened.

Beautiful beach location, great beach to walk on, size of the room was great, I liked the plush robes and great coffee cups. Good coffee tastes better in nice mugs

The internet kept going in and out on the television.🖥 Probably because the weather was horrible⛈️⚡️🌬💧, no fault of the Wonderful hotel.🤟

Loved EVERYTHING! The room was Absolutely beautiful and Amazing for the price. Full kitchen, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed. 2 bathrooms, 2 big screen TVs, deck to sit and see Beautiful ocean view!🌊 Free warm cookies 🍪 and hot homemade salmon chowder every night at 5 pm.😋🥣♨️ Yummy full breakfast every morning. We had to stay an extra day!🥰🫶💙

Location was great and the bed provided a good night sleep… the couch was a bit uncomfortable and there was no table or chairs to use when we ate in. The picture showed a full couch so a bit misleading.

The staff could not be more helpful. Then, surprise, we get served hot salmon chowder and cookies at 5! The hot breakfast was so good, and having a walkway right to the beach, such a wonderful gem this hotel is. Every area was spotless, even the cute little dog park (with tiny lighthouse included) was perfectly clean.

The front desk staff wasn’t friendly. It made you feel like you were a burden and not like a guest. I also booked a room with a bathtub but when we checked in they gave us a room that didn’t have one. And just said that none of those rooms have been available for months which is stupid, the room on the booking app said everywhere that the room would have a bathtub. The rate of the room was more than expected from what was estimated from the booking app. They were going to discount our room price since they didn’t give us one with a bathtub like expected. And then they didn’t discount it, when the bill was finally processed. And also when we checked out the front desk clerk said the computers were down so we would just have to wait a day or so to get the receipt of our bill. Which made us feel uneasy.

We requested a specific room via email but it wasn't held. I can understand why but wish it was more the hotels policy to help returning guests. In

Amanda at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with a problem we had with our first room. She was understanding, thoughtful and help us work through getting us into another room from start to finish. Very much appreciated her efforts.

The rooms with fire places and walk in showers need somewhere to hang wet towels, especially if there not picked up daily. The bathroom sink is small, this area needs a station to place make up on and hygiene. Needs a better trash to fit things in when staying 3 or more days. Can you add t little table and chair to eat at.

Ocean front, great rates, down to earth staff. Balcony privacy was nice, no standby window and guest walking by.
