Was incorrect room with parking fee when other places don't charge for parking unless you have extra cars but after showing them the room we booked they put us in another one and were verry oh well about it so we have to start a refund process with booking .com or some 3rd party not sure they were side stepping questions into it

swimming pool bear sightings close to the strip of town for the price its probabably the best you could hope for without bed bugs and peep holes in the walls

The front office manager was so rude,arrogant and he charged us extra for parking lots . when I booked on line the total price was $233 but he charged us $266 and he didn’t give us the receipt.

Breakfast was ok, worker was not very nice, at 7:45 said no more Gravy & biscuits, when breakfast is until 9am.. my friends mom got tiny bit left and was to salty and everyone was tossing it in garbage. But then worker brought out more Gravy and Pancakes mix but no biscuits.. The place could use some repairs and paint, and our AC/ Heat knob was broke, only cool air from heat setting, thank God we had a fireplace to keep us warm..

It is a great location, loved the balcony over looking the creek and the little park behind the hotel.. Best part was the Bear that came to visit our last night there..♥️🐻 Even though it's needs some TLC, I would definitely stay here again..

Worst hotel I ever stayed in, had to walk a block to get continental breakfast, rooms were not what they showed on bookings. Would not recommend them.

The parking fee was not included in my final price. I would not have booked this hotel had I known that. I was surprised when I got there and he gave me a higher price. That information should be included.

No meat such as bacon or sausage for breakfast. Not very diabetic friendly. They do have sugar free syrup for pancakes ans waffles, but it was in the drawer. I only found it when one of the workers was looking for something. That needs to be displayed.

There was no phone in the room. No place to hang anything, no luggage racks, no shower shelves, no toilet paper holder, etc. The shower had no hot water and we had to pay extra for parking.

Hotel ocation was nice, the creek is pretty and peaceful, the room was beautiful and very clean. It was recently remodled. Beds and pillows were comfy. Quiet location.

The hotel was a great location. The grounds however were very un kept. Busted glass and garbage everywhere. Our bathtub had a HUGE Crack in it that desperately needed to be replaced. The wall under the bathroom sink was molded terribly and huge chunks were literally rotting off the wall onto the floor. Breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable. Parking was good. I did see that they were remodeling some rooms, hopefully the one we stayed in room #124 is next on the list to be remodeled or repaired.

The owner was very rude. Her worker told us to park in a spot as the parking lot was full. When she approached my husband's vehicle she knocked on the passenger side window where our child was. She was angry my husband did not roll thelat window down and he explained he didn't know her and his small child was there, she insisted "I'm good people" then told him he could not park there. He told her ok but her worker told him to which she got angry with. I walked up as I could tell she was not being friendly. She was pointing to a spot for us to park that I could not see. Instead of walking up a couple spaces with me to show my husband she kept screaming at me that I was wrong. She called me something in another language which I let slide and we parked in the spit as she left. The room smelled and could tell it wasn't well cleaned however we spent very little time there and with the cost not being to much for new years weekend I expected that and was fine with it for location alone

It was right there on the end of the strip so walking out you don't miss anything downtown Gatlinburg offers. Which is basically all I wanted with 3 kids in tow. Easy to get back to with my 5 year old when needed. Never got back into our car after arriving Friday night until we left Monday morning which was a great thing as I loath driving in traffic.

Our balcony door wouldn't close and the wind kept blowing it open. Our room had the outside lights shining in over the top of the curtains, couldn't sleep because of too much light coming in from outside.

Elevator was running constantly, paying for parking, room key wasn't working on the first try.

I stay there about 3 or 4 times a year. I love the location and usually get a good rate. I don't like the fact we get charged for parking. We've had a few issues the last few times we have been there as well. The staff had always been pretty good.

I did NOT like having to pay for my vehicle being parked on the property that I just paid in my opinion to much for! I paid for my room and you wanna charge me for parking my vehicle there! Ridiculous!!
