The hallways on the creekside are dirty and old. The property needs renovation. One of the rooms that I checked said non smoking, but, it smelled like smoke. The parking to the hill top is very far and complicated.

Beware... they will add around $18 of additional fees and taxes. That is $10 for parking (and 13% taxes on that) and $5.99 for Resort Fee (plus another 13% in taxes)

The place is decent, good location, fairly clean.. its not a bad place- but considering the extra charges- you can get a better place for less money.

Front desk staff not friendly or accommodating. Food is always of poor quality and this time they had no bread or butter.

Convenient to what we wanted to do and the beds are comfortable. We’ve returned at least 3 times in the past 2 years.

The lack of towels and toilet paper. Only 1 roll of toilet paper and then when that was used housekeeping did not provide more. I had to ask for more and only one roll was given. When asked for extra towels housekeeping did not provide them.

The location to downtown Gatlinburg was perfect with most activities being within walking distance.

They are renovating rooms near us and they work till dark and early in the am, so it was noisy. Also the overnight staff did not monitor the pool and we were right by the pool and at 3am there was a party. No designated pet place to go potty, Had to walk to a park.

Location to restaurants and activities was the best. Breakfast was ok, sausage was gray and unappetizing. Coffee was good

We were given the wrong room upon arrival. We were given an old room with hardly any furniture back in the corner of the pool area without any windows. After returning to the clerk he finally agreed to give us the king mountain view that we paid for. Upon entering the second room it was dirty and had an awful odor. Staff was rude. Will not return. We have stayed there numerous times and was very pleased until the last trip

We were in the unit way uphill AND (1) the map given us was pitifully inadequate and (2) no one mentioned the elevator tower that took you up & down off of that 3 story hill. Old folks can walk down that hill, but there is a SIGNIFICANT health risk for old folks to try to walk up that steep drive to the hilltop bldg.

WiFi in my room was basically not available as when I was able to get WiFi it only lasted a few minutes.

Breakfast was ok but very little hot food no bacon, hash browns etc only eggs, sausage and gravy. Most of the breakfast was sweet based but would have liked more selection of meat etc however what was available was good

The fact that the hotel would respond to my messages about the mix up in our room we booked one with a balcony and got one without a balcony. It said the pool would be open by April 30th. Pool was Nowhere near close to being open may 13th-18th. And they was doing grinding on the railing around the pool ALLLLL DAY. DROWNING OUT THE SOUNDS OF NATURE. That was pretty annoying. The smoke detector didn't have batteries which is kind of a fire hazard I would think. Says there is a safe in the room. There is but it isn't functional. Says no pets. But I seen A LOT of people with dogs staying there.

The location was awesome. Close to everything. And a nice park behind the place.

The bathrooms were outdated and need painting and sanding (ceiling was falling apart). There were multiple hairs in the shower when I went to use it. The blind was broken. The door lock only worked when pulled upwards. There was no extra chain/safety lock for the inside of the door for extra security. I legit felt unsafe when I stayed here with my 2 children.

The place was dirty. Construction right next to the room past 7pm when trying to take a nap. Hot water took 5 minutes to hit faucet.

I had an exceptional rate for night #1, OK for night #2. I asked why I was not given a "room with balcony" like was advertised and was told "none available". I also complained that my room did not have a smoke detector and was told " guests often steal them, thanks for reporting". I later found out there were plenty of rooms with a balcony , and management had been told of missing smoke detector. Despite that, stay was OK.

we were one the hilltop section and it had really been let go. Paint peeling, older furniture, and if you’re not by the creek the facilities are not too desirable.
