The front desk lady took 25 minutes to come downstairs and get me put in my room

I arrived at 11pm and when I got to my room the maintenance man was still hard at work to ensure my stay was satisfactory

It was very pet friendly and there was no additional cost for the dog. It was close to the highway so it was easy to find.

Smell of pot all night. The room was not clean. We had to make our own bed after we went to the front desk to get pillows and sheets and blanket because there were none.

Had no issues until 2nd night. Was laying down to get some sleep because we had to get up early on Sunday. Room next to us was blasting loud music from about 10pm on until after midnight. Called the front desk to see if they could do anything. The person stated that they tried but the people in that room did not speak English so they did not turn the music down. They wouldn't answer the door to me.....so needless to say we had a restless night.

The tight parking lot because of the trailers. Only one way to enter parking. Witch was a good thing to keep people from speeding through the parking lot. The bug exterminators need to a better job.

The parking got a little tight especially when trailers blocked the majority of the parking spaces . Need a dedicated area especially for trailers and oversized vehicles. Like busses and RVs.

The best price compared to woodspring suites. Plus covered smoking area for the smokers. Less people smoking near entrance. The dishwasher was a nice addition. 👌

They say it's no smoking but the whole hotel smelled like a pack of cigarettes. Staff was very nice but my room was very dirty had to go to the store to buy my own bug spray because they have bugs. Don't ever plan on staying here again don't do it to yourself look around 1st to see what else is out before you book here.

The bathroom was dirty. Went to the front desk the lady said she would clean it.. I got back and it was still dirty went to the office and they was closed The tube was stopped up after taking a shower.. seen a roach in the kitchen sink. Bed was hard couldn’t sleep pls don’t stay here.

The hotel was very dirty. The worst thing were insects and insect eggs on and in the kitchen and the not cleaned toilet (there were urine stains on the toilet seat). Unfortunately, since there was no other room available, I had to stay in this disgusting room. I did not get a discount even after asking several times. Although I paid much more than other guests because of my only short stay.

This room should have been cleaner than it was and the bed should have been properly made. I smelled cigarette smoke but not sure if it was from my room or the hotel in general, but it was there.

The toilet looked like it had not been cleaned and the shower appeared used. The bedding was old and the mattress cover wasn't even on the mattress properly. I used the stairs since it was closer to my 4th-floor room than the elevator. The carpets were stained and dirty and plain worn out in some places. The shower had very low pressure and it took a good while to get hot water.
