Breakfast was supposed to be included. I was expecting continental but what was offered a cupcake, juice box, and an apple. I gave it to the kids. Free coffee snd cappuccino. Still very disappointed.

Off the highway but next to tolls. Took a couple of tries to maneuver around it. Huge lot right next to a gas station.

The office was in a separate location from the rooms complex. The bathroom sink drain plug didn't work well. The price difference between the upper level and lower level rooms was +$50 usd , and not very well disclosed on the online booking site.

The breakfast was not done in a dining room, just bags of prepared breakfast foods were supposedly available at the office from 7-10am very inconvenient. The motel was located next a discount ⛽ gas station and across the parking lot was a bar and grill pub open late daily.

The floors were very not clean. I had to keep my shoes on most of the time because when I went barefoot, the bottoms of my feet got black with dirt very quickly.

The room itself was very spacious, as was the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. The room had all of the usual expectations--working wifi, mini fridge, table, television. Even a large closet area. I was very impressed by the size of the room, and it was nice to have a parking spot in front of the room each time we came back to the hotel. Most of the staff members we encountered were kind and polite and very helpful.

WI-FI is very poor and not acceptable. Coffee machine was not cleaned properly. Some bad smell came when we opened the the door to enter the room.

The floor was dirty and I found a dead bug on the bathroom floor. Looked like a very small roach.

Cleanliness. Definitely clean enough for me, an adult who can remember to keep her slippers on when indoors. Bedding was nice and fresh and counters, bathroom fixtures, etc. were clean enough. But the floors! I would not recommend for travelers with small children who will crawl or sit on the floors. As I said, it was fine for grown-up me, but I think management should consider the needs of young families.

Breakfast "to go" bags were convenient. Staff were all very polite and friendly. Great idea to include a safe in every room! Also appreciated microwave in the room. Fresh bedding and extremely comfortable bed. Cleanliness? Clean enough for adults who kept shoes/slippers on. Would not recommend for travelers with small children that would crawl or sit on the floors.

It was very noisy all night. You can hear the people in all the rooms behind, next to, and above you. We also did not realize this was by train tracks or how close to the highway it was. The office is in a building separate from the rooms so we didn’t even bother to check out breakfast. There is also a gas station that shares the driveway and the cars pulling in are not at all cautious of the motel traffic. Beds could be replaced but were not unbearable.

The room and bathroom were both clean. My daughter and I felt comfortable with the stay. We were pleased to have a mini fridge and microwave. The room is large….if you have a family you’ll have plenty of room!

The floors in the rooms are wood, which is fine but you can hear the people walking above you, which is really quite disturbing when you are trying to sleep, but the people above you wanna party all night!!! The floors were also not very clean. Left my socks stained even after I washed them.

Even though the reservation stated that breakfast was included a sign on the breakfast room said there would be no breakfast served. We stayed there about a year ago and it was the same. Stop advertising something you do not deliver.

The room downstairs was a little bit musty when we first got in. Call up the maintenance people and asked them to leave the door open & put the fan(s) in the doorway pushing air out trying to dry out the floor; do it when the humidity is low.

The location was good, right off the highway/I 90.

The room was not clean I had to clean it myself to feel comfortable. I found hair on counter. Bed sheets were wrinkled. Floor was dirty.

No breakfast was offered only coffee. I don’t drink coffee. The only good thing was that bus stop was near hotel.

Bathroom was very run down and pretty dirty, black fingerprints on the wall, etc. Matress was comfy but also pretty old. It would be a totally amazing and safe place if it was a bit updated. Also, would've liked to know that breakfast is not included this time so we could've come prepared.

Check in was super easy, staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was a good size for a night, pretty clean.
