The room was great. The only complaint I have is I was disappointed with the TV. Couldn't get internet. Had to have the staff show us how to use the TV, TWICE to even get antenna. The staff were great showing us how to get onto the TV and rapidly responded. Still never got internet the whole weekend. No guide chart in the room, got it from front desk the second day. Need instructions on how to get onto the TV and navigate through channels.

There was no fitness facility.

It was a complete breakfast. Eggs, waffles, sausage, bacon and ham. Plus items for a continental breakfast. Choices of juices. The woman working the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. Also liked the cookies, lemonade and free newspapers in the lobby.

The corners of the bathroom could’ve used a cleaning! And there was fuzz on the floor by the bed. Not sure either one was vacuumed or mopped.

The parking lot needs to be expanded. It was difficult to find parking and if you didn't get there early, you might have to part a distance away from the entrance.

It is convenient to where I travel while I am visiting Ohio. I like the breakfast there at the hotel, so I don't have to go out to eat. Also it is close to other restaurants that I like to eat at.

The breakfast was limited, but on par with most complimentary hotel breakfasts. There was hot breakfast with eggs, potatoes, and sausage. Everything was great!

Friendly Staff and I loved the fact I did not hear everyone's doors slamming like I do at most hotels. The rooms were very soundproof. I was worried about being net to the highway and hearing vehicles pass throughout the night, but the rooms are very quiet, and I never heard a sound.

The old man the first night we stayed was real rude about the luggage cart like somebody wanted to steal it. Then my linens had someone's hair on my fitted sheet and the room smelled like an older lady perfume was sprayed as air freshener.

The lady that checked us in was wonderful as well as the lady who checked us out and the younger gentleman that reprogrammed our room key for us the next day.

Ready for updating.

Convenient location next to the Interstate. Very clean, though facilities are a bit outmoded and showing wear. Absolutely fine for an overnight on the road.

Very old, needs updating. You could see a small crack in the toilet bowl, needs painting and new carpeting. Found some dog kibble just at the end of one of the beds. The staff was very nice! Enjoyed the typical breakfast.

The rooms were clean, the grounds were maintained as best as possible (it's right next to a McDonald's and Waffle House, so they can't control everything). The staff was phenomenal and incredibly nice! Would definitely stop there again!

Parking was kinda tight

It was near my grandchildren and they were able to stay with me and enjoy the pool. Also McDonald’s was right across the parking lot for the kids.
