We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWhat I disliked was the 2nd floor soda vending machine was only vending hot sodas and the ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken but never got fixed. And when the wifi went out it caused some rift but it was understandable.
My daughter mainly loved the breakfast area and the swimming pool.

United States of AmericaCockroaches in bathroom. Doors, & walls were grimy. Beds & pillows hard. Smelled moldy. Charged a large amount for one pet compared to other hotels. Listed as a Clarion but internet said it was a Quality Hotel. If I had known that, I wouldn't have booked there as the other Quality Hotels on the same trip were gross. When spoke to staff about cockroaches, they shrugged & didn't say anything.
Quick check in. Rooms close together & close to entrance/exit door.

United States of AmericaThere was this whole pool towel situation where they didn't put out fresh towels even though everyone told them there were no towels. I think it is more an employee support situation. The overnight person should have made sure the pool towels got cleaned during hours the pools wasn' t in use.
Everyone was really friendly, and accommodating. We had a nice big room that was cleaned. I slept like a log in the bed.

United States of AmericaI found out the room used to be a smoking room and the sofa bed that was in the unit was dirty. The heater took forever to warm up the room. The bathroom needed some attention. I did let the employee know about the heater.

United States of AmericaThere was a roach in our room. The top bedspread had hair of which seemed to be dog and human all over it, like it hadn't been washed after the last guest. The entire hotel smells of smoke. I feel like an effort was made to make it more modern but things need to desperately be updated overall.
The breakfast was amazing and your staff is very friendly and informative.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was airy and spacious, not overcrowded. Loved the art in the rooms!

After charging me they decided to investigate after investigating they found that we indeed had not smoked in the room and reversed the charges. So the bank put a hold on my card for the funds and was not able to use my money on our vacation. Why did they charge BEFORE investigating???????

United States of AmericaCheck in was hostile. We were told we could not check in until 3pm even though there was big sign on the front desk that listed check in at 2pm. We were there at 2:03pm! Guy at desk said come back in an hour. We did and then he said the first floor room we asked for would be another hour or more so we settled for a second floor room because we could not wait. Tv was stuck on one channel. Closet has a bad door on it. Overall not a great experience.
