The telephone in the room did not work. The pool closed a little early only staying open until 9pm. The breakfast was not the best. They do not have extra blankets for the sleeper sofa beds.

It was nice and convenient to where we need to be. Friendly staff. The gave us everything we asked for when we needed extras.

The pool was very cold and loud with a noise coming from the equipment room that sounded like something was broken in the venting system.

The breakfast selection was exceptional. Our room was great. Everything was clean and ready for us.

Sheets had wear holes, carpet was damp upon arrival and first night. Microwave barely heated up food that mini fridge froze. Limited water pressure in shower at times. And the elevator felt like it would go at any moment.

1 - The staff I met were nice, but most of the time there was no one sitting at the front desk. 2 - It's an old-fashioned layout and a little worn around the edges. 3 - The bed was hard for my taste. 4 - Very close to the intersection leading to the highway, so if there's traffic, the left turn lane is backed up in front of the entrance and it's hard to get out.

The room was very clean and spacious, plenty of parking, and (if not a busy time of day) easy on and off the highway. I would stay here again.

well, hi, hope that this helps. I was given a room o n the first floor, but that room heater was not working. My daughter ask for another room and we were given a room on the third floor. That room was comfortable. there was one thing that you must check in your rooms, and that is your coffee makers. Please make sure they are clean and working. As for the first floor please check your ac's and appliances at least once a week. If you apply a guest to a certain room, make sure check all necessary appliances and ac in the room and make sure they work and make sure the room is properly clean. I know that the room rates are cheap, that does not give you the right to treat the guest that way. Your guest choose you. There are many hotels to choose from. So please, let your staff know that, the accomadations are to be in proper standing. Thank you. ps. I am will to come in and work with the staff, and train them about hotel standards. Thanks. I think the breakfast should be extended 6am-9am is a bit tight specially when people want to sleep in a bit after a flight. I think until 10am is acceptable.

The eggs were extremely mushy and late checkout was only 30 minutes (11:30am) and those were minor things. Everything else was exceptionally good.

I loved the woman who worked breakfast. She was so kind, helpful, and friendly. The ladies at the front desk when I checked in were extremely friendly as well. Room was very clean!

Well, the room I reserved was supposed to have a roll-in shower, but that didn't happen. (I believe that was more the issue with B.com than the hotel.) Other than that, I would stay again.

The mattress was very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my long night. Oh, and we HIGHLY recommend "Lady Fanny Mae's Ultimate Fish Fry" in Fairburn for some of the BEST catfish in the country. Small family place, limited menu, but every bite was served with love.

The refreshment prices that were sold at the front desk area were extremely high and no discount if a customer rented multiple rooms upon registration or if the customer rented for more than one day there were no incentives to recommend to someone else about renting at this hotel

The breakfast was average the waffle machines were not working so the kitchen staff had to improvise on what was served as a breakfast item the Ice Maker only worked on one floor in the hotel so you had to travel to another floor for ice

Very high traffic area. Hassle to enter/exit property. Shower head was horrible. Adjoining room occupancy was loud and children in hallway early in the morning playing was loud as well.

It is close to the interstate.

We didn't have much toilet tissue in our room and ran out before the last day of our trip and we weren't given enough towels/washcloths initially. In addition, the housekeepers didn't clean our room during our stay even though we spoke with them and let them know (while they were on our floor cleaning other rooms) that we'd be leaving shortly for the day and requested the cleaning.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean when we first arrived. The hotel is also in a good location near restaurants, gas stations, etc.
