There are no gas stations walking distance. We didn’t have a car so we had to do Uber eats so they can bring us snacks and drinks. It would have been nice to be able to walk somewhere to get food.

It was super close walking distance to the light rail transportation so we were able to use it to go to the Levi’s stadium.

The floors in my room weren't very clean there was crumbs and sticky stuff in some areas, tuned my boyfriend white socks black on bottom, other than that it was ok,also when we sat on the edge of bed together the whole other end tip upwards we thought it was funny... I think they should replace all the beds with something more solid.

Staff was nice,the area outside of ESA was full of redwood trees felt like being a forest was nice.

I think the third party companies offering online discounted hotel rates can become a true value add for customers and hotel owners by providing more support and education to employees to alleviate the confusion customers encounter due to limitations employees have when third party bookings occur.

Great Location. Different experience compared to Mariott AC Hotel. Privacy rather than luxury, short or long extended stays, personal and/or business stays, along with competitive affordable rates are available at The Extended Stay America -Sunnyvale Santa Clara. The staff was kind, polite, and knowledgeable.

There was no overhead lighting so the room was quite dark, and our shower head squeaked when the hot water ran.

The location and price for the week were great for this trip. The bed was also comfortable.

there are ants and cockroaches inside the rooms. Also, during winter the floors and bathroom get very cold. the heater is not very effective in warming the room as there’s not enough insulation in the walls

The room had a distinct odor, kind of a musty smell. The door needs to be realigned. My wife could not open the door, and I had to put my shoulder into it to get it open. The mold in the grout lines in the shower/tub area could be eliminated. Cosmetically the laminated build-in's needs repair at the kitchenette sink and bathroom.

The bed and pillows were comfortable and the big plus was the recliner in the room :) The grounds were well kept and the front desk personnel were friendly. It was a short drive to Levi Stadium.

Nothing, particularly. Would probably stay again if I was in town. Only thing I'd have loved would have been a kettle, but how many tea drinkers do you get in America? Not many.

Room decent and came with a little kitchen. Parking available. Convenient for the tram if heading to the 49ers (or the theme park next door, I'd guess).

Not getting shampoo was a bummer. The sink and the bath weren't as clean as I'd like them to be. And the sink also leaked water on the floor. The blanket wasn't quite warm enough, so I got cold on a couple of nights.

The breakfast is (arguably) "better than nothing", WiFi is usable, the staff is polite and helpful. The fridge is larger than usual, albeit it's too close to the wall, so it's hard to open the door fully.

This lodging establishment was a perfect fit for us. My husband commutes to work every day from the valley to the Bay Area daily, so the place was perfect for him to take a break in the middle of the week. Look them up to see what amenities they offer. Highly recommend them especially for commuters. They are pet friendly and have a grab n go breakfast.
