Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaRoom- no grab bars in shower. A missing lightbulb required us to ask at the desk for a replacement. The back door of hotel seemed to have a problem with the door hinge. It did not close completely and did not latch, so this was a BIG security issue. When I was ready to checkout there was nobody at the desk, and nobody answered the phone number I was supposed to call. Front door does not have handicap accessible opening system.
The location was close to my destination.

United States of AmericaI did not like the fact that it was always a nasty smell in the elevators and whenever I walk in to the room I had to spray air freshener because if you are gone for a long period of time and you walk into your room they have this stinky sewer like smell. And you always had to wait for the front desk clerk to come to the front desk because no one is never there and then when they get to the desk it's like they dry with their work like they really don't feel like doing it but they're going to do it because they have to.
I like the fact that it was closer to my job.

United States of AmericaThe WiFi didn’t allow me to stream from my Roku device, even after I purchased the better plan during our stay. Also, there was garbage on the bathroom floor and underneath the bathroom sink. Also, someone in the hotel sounded as if they were throwing a party playing very loud music at 2 AM.
Staff was professional and friendly. Everyone I encountered had a pleasant attitude.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast consisted of packaged granola bars and muffins. My initial room had a toilet with the water turned off. This was because the toilet was plugged when it was flushed it overflowed. I was given a new room by the staff and they promptly filed a maintenance request. That was good.
The location of the property was in a very nice area. Convenient for shopping and getting around.

United States of AmericaHeater/AC was loud throughout the night, either don't sleep due to noise or turn it off and be cold. We couldn't sleep due to the noise and pillows were very flat. Toliet lever was broke and had to take off the top to manually flush it. Had a 2 person vanity contertop but only one sink. Kitchen had no pots and pans or utensils. Can't imagine an Extneded stay not have such features. Wouldn't go back again

United States of AmericaWhen I checked in the service cart to help take my luggage to my room was broken and had a flat tire but the person at the front desk didn't tell me and watched me and other guests struggle to get the cart out of the two sets of doors that doesn't have a handicap assistance operating door, and push the cart outside to our vehicles to get our luggage to come back again to the hotel. No dishes in the kitchen to cook with, I had to get the dishes from the front desk. No dish towels to wash dishes with. Went down to get breakfast and everything was gone and no one was able to help from the front desk for about 15 to 20 minutes because no one was at the desk. I informed the front desk at 8:30am my toilet was overflowing in my bedroom and no one came to check it and I kept calling the front desk and no one answered. I waited for 5 and a half hour for someone to come fixed my toilet but no one did. I went back down to the hotel front desk and asked if someone was gonna come fix the toilet or could I get another room and I had to wait for another hour before I could get a room. It was after 3:30pm. But this bedroom was missing the mirror doors to the closet. This was the 3rd time I've stayed in a Extended Stay America and each time it gets worse, and worst!!! I will never book at another Extended Stay America location again!!! 😒 In my opinion, the entire Extended Stay America hotel chain needs to be remodeled!!! IT'S ONE OF THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCES I'VE EVER HAD!!!
