It was run down. Curtains were damaged and didn’t cover the windows, drawers missing from dressers, no utensils, no remote for the tv. Gym was not open due to repairs. There was no breakfast. It was grab and go. Muffins were stale.

The location was ideal.

The staff was never at the desk. I only seen a staff one time and that was when I checked in smh. I need a new second key. I could never find one that works the front desk the hold stay

I don’t like the hotel wa dirty . The bathroom was dirty. the staff provided incorrect info. They were not friendly. States They offered breakfast but went Down & Their were only 5 granola bars

For the price the hotel is okay. I still think it could be a little more clean . The Staff could be a little nice & provide Correct info. I liked being able to spend time with My spouse

The sink leaked badly. The lights took forever to come on. Overall looked dungy and felt dungy. Looked dirty, but wasn't like really dirty. Needs some serious TLC. Booking.com showed me this room, why I picked it. Showed a separate bedroom with a door to close. And that is not what we got. Hotel said they don't even have rooms like that, not their fault. Booking.com fibbed.

The room was kinda dirty, the shower has stains around the tub,and the water pressure was low. Staff really didn't want to help you as they took they time and didn't acknowledge I was even standing there until another xustomer said anything to her, they she helped her 1st after Id been standing there for several mins... won't stay here again.

No toilet paper in our room we had to switch rooms because our first room the beds weren't even made. They promote breakfast in the morning but there is no breakfast. Was very disappointed about that and the pull out couch in our room was broken.

The beds were nice and the rooms were roomy.

the property needs some series painting and remodeling. the walls are cracked, the paint is obviously old because is fall of the walls. The furniture paint is also coming off and scratched. walls without power plugs covers, the bathtub is super old and paint is coming off. the room was dusty and the carpets smelled moldy.

The location was convenient for me.

The room had roaches. We found them the second day in the bathroom and kitchen. We told the front desk and they said they would have to wait for us to leave Sunday. Then they would treat the room. The lamp was broke. We had to call for help with the pull out bed. It took 3 people to get it opened. I connected the room phone. It was apart and in two separate places. Breakfast was blah.

The size of the room was great. Full size refrigerator and pool was great.

I paid for a queen but i ended up with a full. I'm 6 foot my feet was hanging off told staff that night they said their system was down and couldn't do anything. Then I told the a.m staff and they said they will have to talk to the GM Monday so it went unfixed
