It smelled musty and floors in hallways were stained. Facilities need updated...kinda dirty looking on hallways and bedroom. Little bugs that looked like gnats were everywhere especially in bathroom. Lobby and breakfast areas were only places that looked clean and updated.

The fact that this is my second time staying here and both times, I had incidents when my key didn't work to get in. The front desk staff fixed it immediately, as they did the first time when I stayed her, but it is inconvenient and annoying.

Cleaner carpets in hallways and lobby. Restaurant should accept credit cards AND be able to place food on the hotel bill.

The heated indoor pool was excellent. it is too bad that the ourdoor pool was not.

LONG hotel with only one elevator and it was on the end, not even in the middle. Only stayed Friday night in room 248. Saturday morning, the elevator was not working. Had to drag all our stuff downstairs.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Good water pressure, internet, TV. Great hot breakfast bar included in rate. Had to wait a little for biscuits. Lady gave us a free box of snacks (fruit cups and pastries) for our inconvenience. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We came for the pool but unfortunately there were a lot of children all the way up to closing ,so we didn’t get a chance to get in.

Rooms were good size for multi family members. We had connected rooms so we could pass back and forth . Grands loves that! Nice breakfast interaction

I did not like the location of the rooms on the property. It was extremely confusing to find the room. I was traveling solo with 4 kids at 1:00 AM and had to walk all over the hotel! When I walked in the side door I felt very uncomfortable! When we walked into the room itself, the carpets felt wet.

The pool was cloudy, no towels for the pool. The dog area is very small and no poop bags.

The restaurant in the hotel was nice. The bartender was very nice.

Every time I check in, I'm told "no pets." However I have spoken with customer service, and they do , in fact, accept pets. We also asked for a different remote (because the batteries were missing from ours) not even 10 minutes after we checked in and we never did get a remote.

All three ice machines broken on ground floor. Hallway carpet so gross and dirty. Made me wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the building and room. The beds were so hard it felt link laying on concrete floor. Did not get a good night sleep at all and I was very tired after driving over 12 hours that day.

Room was nice and large and very accommodating to handicap.
