The breakfast was sorely lacking. Spray butter for the breads, no fruit, no artificial sweetners. Ended up buying breakfast at the convience store.

We were given a room that had maintenance items inside and it had no electricity That problem was quickly solved by the sweet girl at the front desk. Other than the little bit of confusion with the room, our shower was dirty and had a huge clump of hair laying on the drain. It was not from us. The TV just needs updated.

It was easy to get to. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant.

Was told breakfast was served in lobby starting at 6:00. Went to the lobby at 6:00 and 6:30 and at both times the door was locked, lights were off and no one was working at the front desk

I would have loved to give the hotel 5 stars but as i’ve stayed there the stars began to decrease more so in regards to the room in itself…….Me and my family had to travel into Dillon for a funeral last weekend. I arrived around 1 a.m. early Saturday and my parents arrived around 8 a.m. Saturday morning. The check-in process was smooth, I had no problems, although the desk agent was a little rude with a customer that was on the phone (none of my business) he was kind to checking me in. We had ran into some problems with out room keys and the manager quickly fixed them. We never got around to checking out the breakfast, but I was informed that it was just regular continental breakfast (bagels, cereal, yogurt, coffee, etc.) The check-out process was great and quick and the manager was super nice. We didn’t get much room service those two days but the cleaning lady did ask us if we needed anything and was super helpful in removing our trash, etc. 😊 I was grateful to have had a room not to far from the front and on the 1st floor due to my disability it was made easier. However, me being a city boy when I walked into the room it was a massive swarm of black flies all around the room on the ceiling, walls and bed post. I walked back to the front desk and was told that it’s a common thing in the South (i guess I understand and I don’t like bugs, insects or whatever). I asked the front desk agent for bug spray and was given a can of Raid (fly/insect killer) which helped but was also a pain. Because I spent about 30 minutes spraying/killing flies in the room when I could have just swapped rooms but it was going on 2 a.m. at this point. There was maybe about 15 flies that I killed that night. The rooms are very outdated, although the company seems to be trying to upgrade the spaces. There aren’t really any dresser drawers to put your clothes in, the hangers and small closet space was old, dusty and not the cleanest so I didn’t hang my clothes up.

Air cond was not on to arrive to a nice cool room. It was a heat index of 104 outside & very hot in my rm at arrival. The laminate floor was badly in need of replacement. It was lifted at very many seams like there had been water dmg?? It made it uncomfortable to walk on in stocking feet. I always wear white socks rather than go barefoot in any motel. They were new, but got filthy quickly, walking on the floors. Definitely appeared the floors had not been wet mopped by housekeeping. Bathroom sink faucet water was hooked up backwards. The hot/cold were reversed. Very disappointed overall, especially after staying at a Holiday Inn Express the night before!! ☹️

Convenient area with many stores & dining places around Nicole at front desk was very nice & friendly at my arrival for check in. The bed was comfortable.

The room was nice, just dirty. I expected more from Red Roof, especially being such a well-known brand. The microwave and refrigerator looked like it hadn't been dusty in a month. The toilet was dirty and on the floor, and our poor mom had a terrible time. The wall beside the toilet was filthy. We had to clean the toilet ourselves before we could use it. Very disappointing.

Location was great, right off the interstate. A selection of restaurants nearby, also a Walmart and Dollar Tree. Room and beds (comfy) were clean. Breakfast was minimal but made do.

The bathroom was old and the toilet was very low making it hard for older people to use. The shower curtain was too short for the rod, causing a small flood in the bathroom. There were no towels but they had them at the check in lobby.

It was an easy on and off of 95. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, with a sofa.

This is a bit run down and needs an update in the bathroom. The deep cleaning left something to be desired. We lost our room key behind the dresser. And when moved found other room keys and a lot of trash. The trim was also falling off the wall.

I love the ease of finding the hotel right off the highway. Parking was also very easy as you can pull right up to the door of your room. The sheets and towels were clean.
