The facility was clean as far as the room and for the most part, overall a good experience.

Beware- their new policy could be a disaster. We arrived after midnight only to learn the hotel now requires a $100 security deposit in CASH ONLY if you don’t book directly through the hotel. I don’t carry cash. I didn’t have an ATM card. The money I paid for the room was non-refundable and we were exhausted. Fortunately my teen daughter has a debit card and had enough money to withdraw $100 for the deposit.

They were in the process of cleaning all of the rugs in the whole hotel and the smell of chemicals bothered us.

The room was large and had a desk and two chairs (important for us.) The breakfast was typical for motels and hotels. The coffee was very good and the woman attending was helpful.

The availability of snacks and beverages in the vending machine. Also, the gym could have more amenities. The hotel is near a gentleman’s club so some of the traffic/guests were suspect.

Asked the desk about early check in before 3pm. “You can check in at 1:30pm for $50.”!!! Needed to sign non-smoking in room agreement, however the entire hallway smelled like a wet dog chain smoking! Odor in shower coming from the drain. A stinky perfumed spray emanating from heating/cooling unit??

Great price and close to airport. Beds were good & comfortable. The free hot breakfast was great.

The smell of cigarette smoke on the 4th floor was horrible. I think it was coming through the vents and seemed as if they tried to cover it up with cheap cleaning products. My room (402) was infested with lady bugs (hundreds of them). Although they are harmless, no one wants any kind of insect flying around at night with the possibility of it getting in their mouth and ear, especially having a small kid (3 year old) in the room.

The staff at this place were very friendly and helpful.- The breakfast was ok, alot of quick options to grab and go. The location was close to everything I needed to do for the weekend. Very affordable as well.

There is no tub in the bathroom; only a stand-up shower. With two toddlers and a baby, this was very difficult. That was not the best for our family, in my opinion. I wish I had given the place a closer look before making a reservation. Additionally, it had an unstated $100 fee if you booked your room through Booking.com or another third party. It was refundable a few days after you checked out.

Unexpectedly, the room was very clean. Overall, the only aspect I enjoy is the cost. This was perfect for us because my budget was tight.
