The furniture was falling apart. There was no hair dryer. Floors were stained. Concerns regarding whether or not the car would be safe or broken into. Guests honestly were sketchy. Did not feel safe. After paying so much for the room they still held $100 deposit to be refunded in 5 days. There was no mention of that when registering.

Location was appropriate for what we were in ABQ for. The bathroom was clean. Not much to like about this hotel. Would not recommend.

The place stank. The room stank. There were food particles dried in the sink drain. There was obvious oil and skin particles on the chair. The carpet was filthy. The floors were sticky. It was the most disgusting place I’ve EVER stayed, and I will never stay again.

I had to pay a $100 deposit for a filthy room. Rug had several spots. Stove burners were encrusted with grease and grime. Hair was on the shower wall. Freezer was dirty. Room had not been dusted. I showed the desk clerk pictures and she just shrugged her shoulders.

Near constant noise from upstairs, no security locks on perimeter doors, refrigerator had dog food and some other mouse dropping looking crap on top of it, the refrigerator hinges were installed incorrectly (the handle to open it was against the wall of the room entry door), card keys kept getting demagnetized, could faintly detect cigarette smoke wafting in through the bathroom vent, and although the bed was clean, the towels were full of lint, and the room had a sort of stale odor to it.

Clean carpet and bathroom, stopper for bathroom sink, less foul smelling room. No handicap ramp at entrance. Did not have free breakfast as advertised. Bed was like sleeping on the floor. Would have gone somewhere else but was over New Year’s weekend and no one else had room at that location.

The room had a slight odor. I mentioned it to the front desk when we checked out. Front desk clerk took note of our concern and said she would have the room deep cleaned.

Very disappointing. We previously stayed at the other ESA down the road (2221 Rio Rancho Blvd.) and loved it. Not being able to get a room there we thought this would be as nice. Disappointing. The hotel was dark and gloomy. The carpets were old and dirty. The stovetop and bathtub fixtures were loose. The tub area had half of the ceiling plastered over from what I presume was a leak. The ceiling was not even painted over. We definitely will not stay at this location (2608 American Road) again.

Not much. The location afforded a good view of the valley but that was definitely not a reason to stay at this location ever again.

Only lukewarm water for 2 days in my shower. I finally had to shower in my kid's room. Broken light made the room darker. The carpet was gross and the room looked tired and old. The bed was very hard and gave me back pain for the 3 days I was there. There was no grab and go breakfast, despite it being advertised online. My key cards would randomly stop working and I had to go downstairs multiple times to have them fixed. I had to go ask for towels and dishes, but never got dish soap from them. There was a weird smell in the whole hotel. This was NOT a good place to stay.

Check in was fairly easy and the staff were okay. The room was fairly quiet and the heating unit worked well. It had a full size fridge, microwave, and 2 burners

REALLY!!! , a fire alarm goes off for 5 minutes, with no warning , people were coming out there rooms with some anxiety to say the least, then a staff member finally tells people it was a drill , do not worry. Next morning 2 fire trucks are at the front entrance, silent notification to the fire dept. , they were not happy. Kitchen dripping every 3 seconds in kitchenette , very annoying after a while. I think all that should have qualified for a discounted rate !!!

Breakfast was sad, a little coffee and a package of oatmeal, barely a snack.
