We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Shower was very tight and needed a new or cleaned showerhead - hard water in New Mexico. Cheap 1 ply toilet paper. No curtain or door for closet as seen in pictures of property. Was informed at check in that breakfast was just muffins and coffee placed on a small table in lobby. Muffins weren't even full sized! Very misleading from picture and the information under amenities for Free breakfast.
Bed was comfortable. Room was a good size. A/C worked great.

The online breakfast announcement when booking was not what was told online only has coffee and granola bars not what we expected especially since we booked with what was told online we had to improvise especially since we had our kids with us so lots of updates to be done online and on the rooms.

Similar hotels that I’ve stayed at that include breakfast generally offer some kind of bread/bagel with a toaster, cereal and fruit such as bananas or apples.

United States of AmericaI didn't like the $100 deposit when I checked in; that the staff weren't wearing masks. I thought that was the law right now - that people inside wear masks especially during this time of such increased covid infections. But I saw no staff or customers except me wearuing a mask.
Originally the price was great. Then when I checked in I was charged $100 for a deposit. I didn't expect that. I was told I would have it refunded, and I sure hope It is. The staff behind the desk were polite and efficient.
