Alarm clocks, don’t wake you up. When you set them. Swimming pool was permanently close even though an indoor pool for the price I paid. I figured I’d get some swimming in but that didn’t happen.

Not having room ready at 4pm arrival, Very Dirty inside and out, room smelled , people on 2nd floor throwing cigarettes butts on cars down below, Very out dated, and it was a Wyndham Hotel. Not easy to get at.

The room we were in was @ the end of a long hallway.

The hotel was very clean & it was located by everything we needed , the staff was very nice to my family.

Facility overall is well worn. Front doors are dirty and creaky. Inside has a musty smell, especially the room. Bathroom door was broken and somewhat repaired, but makes lots of noise when opening fully. AC looked pretty dirty so we did not use. Beds were uncomfortable.

Location was great - 1 mile from my relative's home. Staff was friendly

Had no room when I got there. Problem with there system and took about a half hour to check in and then almost was charged twice if I hadn’t caught it. Then the room key didn’t work. Bathroom had broken fixtures and room is outdated. Location was convenient but way to much $$ for what I went through.

The check in process was stressful. The line was very long and it took a long time for each person to check in. While I was standing in line, there were 3 different groups of people whose rooms were cancelled and they were left with no where to stay.

Breakfast was good, I wish there were more hot options besides eggs, Sausage and then making your own waffle.

No controllable air conditioning. No cable channels. Had to move to another room upon arrival due to a television not working in the bedroom.

Do not stay here. I was charged a smoking fee for putting tobacco and a wrapper in the garbage. I tried explaining to the staff that I never smoked in the room but they would not work through this issue with me. They just charged my card and never called or messaged me back. I asked to talk to a manager but they wouldn’t respond back to my complaint. And it feels like an old folks home in the rooms. Smells bad, outdated ammenities and super small TVs in the rooms

Where to start? First off the pool was.closed and was the main reason I chose this location, the "game room was a joke consisted of a classic machine and 1 arcade game. Our room was dirty had a hole in the wall in the bathroom, tv had 3 channels and figured out I had to program the TV staff should learn that a smile goes along way not one smiled and greeted us. And the breakfast worst food ever all microwave eggs and sausage the juice machine oj was so thick it was like concentrated without water had to add a whole glass of water just to make it drinkable my daughter had apple juice and it was just as bad.the bagles were the only safe thing to eat. All and all very outdated and poor customer service.

I dislike how the staff treated me (a young black girl) vs. the white man that came after me. I was checking in the young man at the counter snatched my I’d and card from me. he never addressed me kept addressing the lady behind him . both lady’s were rude to me but so nice to the white man . I felt it was racist. I asked for a fan and WiFi my questions went unanswered. asked what time was breakfast .. another question unanswered. my heater was broke in my room (both of them) and personally I didn’t appreciate it at all.

Overall everything as it pertains to the room and the staff was excellent. I would choose to stay there again.

I didn't have breakfast, my roommate did and said it was just okay the small casino area. The mini casino was never open during my stay.

The room was outdated, there was no vibrance to the rooms at all, the TV's were very small, and the staff and the police had literally no control over a teenage party that stayed on til 4am. At least 300 kids running all over the hotel and hotel parking lot all night being loud. Front desk did absolutely nothing, police also came 3x and still did nothing.

We had the honeymoon suit and the room was spacious. And the rate was decent.
