You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe room needs a make over because everything is very worn looking. Carpets look dirty in room and hallway. The room isn't cleaned well. Carpets are stained. It was dirty behind the toilet. The bathroom sink does not drain as it is clogged.

United States of AmericaRequested an ADA accommodation (shower chair for the bathroom), and it was not received. Shoer curtain rod was close to falling off the wall. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times despite using the enhanced version.
Location - it was close to many food options. Quiet - No real noise outside of appliances in the room. Environment - AC worked extremely well, almost too well as I needed to adjust the temperature upwards

United States of AmericaWhen booking on the booking.com site they should let you know that when giving your card info it's jist to hold the room not pay for it, and watch how many times they swipe your card if not paying attention they may lock you out and when that happens you can't use the card until the next day. But the manager Tiffany made everything rite I was very happy I will be coming back. Thank you Tiffany Lisa Reed.

United States of AmericaWasn't told ahead of time about an extra $100 security hold and would take about a week to get back. There was an issue with another guest i witnessed and they didn't even try to help resolve the problem. I was very disappointed by that. No coffee maker in the room. No lounge area and free breakfast was very minimal.
Walking in felt cozy with the fall decor. Room was to satisfaction for price. It had a mini kitchen that was unexpected. Its a good place to stay if you need a place to sleep only.
