First room had the smell of smoke. Second room better but noisy. Would not stay here again.

Wasn’t aware it was pet friendly a dog was barking in room next to us. Room smelt like a dog. Needs repainting( unmatched touch ups on wall) pipe was left in our bathroom floor from a repair.

Had to switch rooms as soon as we arrived because the bathtub had a crack in it and there was black mold on the walls around the air conditioner and water in the window seal...then when we got to the new room I loved the heart shape Jacuzz buti One of the jets in the Jacuzzi didn't work and I almost stepped in dog poop as somebody staying there with a dog let it poop on the sidewalk right in front of where my car was parked,I called the front desk and they said they would take care of it but it was still there when we checked out😪

Expected a little more updated facility. There were no carts available to move our things to the room. I’m on portable oxygen so having to make two trips was difficult. Only 3 handicapped parking spaces available in front of the facility.

My comforter was stained all up. I was supposed to get a king bed got 2 queens instead. The toilet seat didn't even go to the toilet

The property was not updated and not very clean. When we checked in, the room they originally put us in was not clean. They immediately put us in a different room, however the toilet was broken in that room. It took them two days to fix it. We were not discounted, but charged full price. Star was not friendly, but also not rude. Just short and to the point.

Card losing program, carpet felt sticky.

First day was good, cards for the door had to get reprogram several times. Towel count was 2 when we booking for 4 adults, staff was nice most of time.

There was no milk for cereal. There was a piece of popcorn in bathroom-we did NOT have popcorn so room wasn’t 100% clean. Couch bed was too hard so she slept on couch Beds were tooooo soft and both of us adults DID NOT SLEEP! Too much chlorine in the pool and make me itchy.

Whole third floor smelled funny. Room had a attic access that was pumping hot muggy air into our room with a broken ceiling tile. Otherwise everything was fine

The TV was appalling. Extremely difficult to change channels with a remote that doesn’t have the decimal button. The TV required the input of either 1 or 2 numbers followed by the decimal follows by another number. Ie: 12.5. If you wanted to watch channel 12.5 you had to press 12 on the remote then the up button until you reach .5. But it wouldn’t always step upward then drop back to 7.1. At which time you start over again. Talked to the front desk about this problem and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. So, I’m sorry to say I’ll never stay there again.

The breakfast was delicious and a great variety. We enjoyed it very much. The room was very quiet and clean. Everything was fine except for the TV remote and tuning thereof. Very disappointed with that feature that apparently can not be fixed which was a great disappointment to us.

The bed slept well room was clean, however there was was only one face towel in the room.

Everything looked old fruit looked very old and overly ripe. The presentation was of quality.

The facility is in desperate need to some upkeep. There was rust on the door frames, the carpet seems like it could have used a good deep cleaning. The curtains only half functioned. For the lower price I guess we got what we paid for.

The beds were comfortable and clean. There was a mini fridge available for use and a nice swimming pool we didn't actually take advantage of.

They need to work on the cleanliness of facility. Hopefully it was due to staffing issues, but floors were dirty and unkept in common areas, furniture was stained in common areas as well as room. Our room smelled of stale smoke but was bearable. Staff was accommodating when clean linens and vacuum were requested.

People are friendly. They have a good breakfast .

All the towels in the workout room were dirty. There were no bagels and cream cheese for breakfast or oatmeal. Both of which I consider a healthier breakfast than the average. The only healthy item for breakfast I observed was fruit, and the variety was limited. I didn't interact with the staff too much. The lady in charge of the breakfast seemed preoccupied with something. She was helpful when asked, but not keeping the tables cleaned. The hand sanitizer was empty and away where you didn't see it until after you'd already been around the food area and probably handling items. Probably should be placed as you enter, and kept full.

The room was spacious. It had a workout room. The pool looked nice, though we didn't have time to use it; the pool was handicap accessible if the lift was working.

That we paid for a place that had breakfast, but we weren't allowed to have breakfast! This made my husband mad and he said he won't ever stay @ a Wyndham hotel again. Plus, the hot tub @ the pool wasn't hot @ all
