The pool was not clean

The location was perfect! It was about a block to the Villiages, which is my favorite location in downtown Gatlinburg.

Room was clean upon arrival, but maid service during stay was minimal. Did not leave enough clean towels, did not sweep floors, did not make bed, did not empty trash but once in our 4 day stay.

Great location-walking distance to several attractions. Comfortable chairs for sitting outside room. Got to see bear and raccoon walking nearby. Good value for the money. Good parking, close to room.

The receptionist with pink hair on checkout day was unpleasant. We were told the previous day there would be coffee and muffins available in the morning. There was absolutely nothing to eat. We told her three times and she just kept saying “it’s over there” when it wasn’t. The third time she actually looked up from her phone and got up to replenish the food. The cleaning staff left the trash bags stacked outside against the wall next to our room. That attracted three bears. It was great to see the bears but sad to see them foraging in human trash bags. Surely the staff know by now that bears come through there and should be more careful.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was large and had a good size shower and water pressure. There is a small kitchenette if you want to bring your own food. The location is very good for walking down to the main road.

Rudeness of some of the when asking for a specific room that was available but was told it was not. Leaky ceiling by bed.

There was no breakfast but we like the convenience of the location. Almost always have a pleasant stay.

The weekend rate (price) was almost triple of what the week day rate! That's unreasonable

The pool was great and the fire pits are awesome as well. The rate for a weeknight was reasonable but the weekend rate was outrageous! I'll be calling my credit card company. The room was a good size and met our vacation needs

Beds are very uncomfortable. Floor in our room had not been mopped . Bottom of feet was black after walking in room barefoot. Complained to desk attendant and he said that’s just the way those floors are!

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Walked on the floors in the room barefooted and bottom of my feet was black. I complained at the front desk and the attendant said “ that’s the way those floors are they are just that way. Actually the floors needed a good mopping.

Excellent location with walking distance to main street, hotel looks old from outside but rooms are spacious, clean and modern looking.

Walls are thin could hear the family next door early in the mornings. Bathroom had some hair in it at checkin.

I had to smell weed for 2 nights due to someone below me smoking ..my room smelled like weed, could not set outside on the balcony because of the smell and had to cut my nights short and just go in the room and shut my door

I have stayed here a couple times always clean and conveniently located
