Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The front desk wasn’t helpful when the price I received from booking.com didn’t match what they had on their system.

Room was too small for two beds and a sofa. Not enough room for two people to sit iron edge of opposite beds without getting legs tangled up. Closet and dressing area also fairly small.
Lobby facilities were great. Room very clean. Shower was good.

Confirming that my reservation included breakfast was confusing. The comcierge should have provided me with a ticket or voucher at arrival so there’s bo dispute with staff rather than giving us a receipt to sign and link to our room, then waive it afterwards.
Comtinental Breakfast was fresh and offers many options.

I asked about changing my room reservation from a king to a double queen they were about to honor that. The room they placed me and my family in was not clean the floor had huge spot all over it as if someone had spilt chocolate milk numerous times everywhere in the room. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom the windows weren’t cleaned and the tv didn’t work and when requested to fix nothing could be done.
I asked about changing room reservations from a king to a queen double they did move the room request but the room I was placed in was unclean and nothing worked properly and nothing was done about it. It looked like a party room that had yet to be cleaned.

I was overcharged for about $50 more than what I booked for at booking.com. I tried to talk to the front desk twice and was expecting a call from the manager but I have heard anything back yet.

The beds were sadly not very comfortable. Woke up feeling a little soar.

Housekeeping was really weak. They didn't change our bed sheet during our stay(4 nights). They just make the bed. It was disappointing.
It has a nice view with great staff. They were really friendly.

No microwave and there was only one elevator running, so sometimes I had to take the stairs.
The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The room was clean and roomy, wish there was a microwave in the room.

I asked, explicitly, if the breakfast came as part of the room I was paying for. I was told yes. After breakfast (breakfast bar), I was given a bill to sign- which I shouldn’t have- and even spoke with the manager who said it would be taken care of, but took the signed receipt. It was not taken off my total charge for my stay. I had to ask and search and ask for more coffee and cream for my room. The manager would see me and go in another direction! Everyone else was nice and tried to be helpful.

There were no bureau drawers to unpack for an extended stay. Housekeeping never cleaned the corridor-trash on hall carpet remained intact during entire stay. 2 of 3 elevators were out of service. Wait for elevator was almost 10 minutes.
Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Room was large with separate seating/working area. Quiet. Lovely view of winter sunset.

The first night itself i requested for hand soap as there was none present. I was told i will get it in few minutes, but during my whole stay i didn't receive one. I also requested for facial tissues, since there was just the box present under the washbasin but no tissues in it, but also didn't get that during my stay. Out of the 3 elevators, only 1 was functioning during 1st and 2nd day. On the 3rd there we were forced to use service elevator, which took huge amount of time : ~15 minutes for me to get in.
The room and property were clean and comfortable. When i was reheating my food in the microwave downstairs, one of the staff saw me, greeted me and with a good smile handed me plates and silverware set without even asking. I really like that gesture.
