Close to Korea town and Penn Central. The bar was very comfortable and the bartender was great. The shower in the bathroom was great! It was really awesome that they held onto our bags before and after check in/out as we were doing things in the city and took public transportation

There is no room service. On the 7th you can hear a lot of noise from the street. Need better isolation.

The room was on the small side and there was limited space for clothes. Adding a set of coat hooks on the wall would be beneficial.

The food wasn't great.

The location was excellent - close to Macy's, Madison Square Garden and many restaurants. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The roof top bar was awesome - the views of the Empire State Building from there were amazing. Highly recommend it.

It is what it is in New York City when it comes to parking for hotel check in and check out. I do appreciate that the two spaces available in front of the Hyatt were mostly available for incoming/outgoing customers.

Fantastic location - friendly staff - facility and room were very clean. Bonus…our room had a beautiful view of Empire State Building. Would absolutely stay here again!

It is not really what you would expect from Hyatt brand and 4 start hotel.but probably same for other brands in NY unless you pay a fortune...so just avarage hotel, it delivers, but no luxury and not very modern room..some issues with heating, it is loud and is motion triggered so it can get cold in the night..

Bed was comfortable, room was clean and the staff is very kind..location is great and probably good value for New York..very nice that you get free glass of champagne every day..

Rooms were so tiny and not user friendly. No counter space, storage space, no place to sit in room except for bed. Really tough to get ready in bathroom with no counter.

The location was great and the room was quite large considering it was central New York. The bed was also very big and comfy. The views from the rooftop were also great.

Room service was not very good - they didn't replace towels or take used glasses/room service. The TV was classic cable, TV guide didn't work and only a few channels.

Room was neat and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free Coffee/tea bar. Gym seemed nice. Location is central in manhattan.

The bathroom’s door was not closing properly it kept jamming. Also our coffee machine was broken. We called to get a new one but they never came. The layout or the room is a bit odd.

The staff were nice and professional. Checking in was easy and quick. They let us live our bags while we were exploring the city. The extra free bottles of water left in the room was much appreciated. The location was perfect. Clean. The shower was absolutely amazing. Great water pressure!

No room service. We ordered take out from the dining room one evening. Despite having only a few customers in the dining room, it took almost 30 minutes to get our order. The hamburger bun was so stale parts of it weren't edible. At that point it was so late, I didn't have the energy to ask for a replacement or my money back for the expensive item.

Great location. Spacious, comfortable room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a rooftop lounge that I'm sure is fantastic in summer. We were there in chilly February so only went to the 20th floor to see the view and take a couple of pictures.

The included American breakfast was not so good.

Everything was very clean. Location, location, location. Daily room service without needing to ask. Nice surprise of the drink chips. Also liked having bottled water as an amenity. Impeccable staff.
