Close to Korea town and Penn Central. The bar was very comfortable and the bartender was great. The shower in the bathroom was great! It was really awesome that they held onto our bags before and after check in/out as we were doing things in the city and took public transportation

The location was excellent - close to Macy's, Madison Square Garden and many restaurants. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The roof top bar was awesome - the views of the Empire State Building from there were amazing. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic location - friendly staff - facility and room were very clean. Bonus…our room had a beautiful view of Empire State Building. Would absolutely stay here again!

Slovenia65 Reviews8 helpful votes“Fine for NY, but nothing special”It is not really what you would expect from Hyatt brand and 4 start hotel.but probably same for other brands in NY unless you pay a fortune...so just avarage hotel, it delivers, but no luxury and not very modern room..some issues with heating, it is loud and is motion triggered so it can get cold in the night..
Bed was comfortable, room was clean and the staff is very kind..location is great and probably good value for New York..very nice that you get free glass of champagne every day..

Room was neat and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free Coffee/tea bar. Gym seemed nice. Location is central in manhattan.

The staff were nice and professional. Checking in was easy and quick. They let us live our bags while we were exploring the city. The extra free bottles of water left in the room was much appreciated. The location was perfect. Clean. The shower was absolutely amazing. Great water pressure!
