The water temp in the shower could have been hotter

Everything with the exception of the water temp in the shower was exceptional.

Seems a little run down. And could use better cleaning on the walls and floors. The hallway had a smell that kind of threw me off. Just didn't feel clean enough.

Misdirected by front desk... and walked around complex from lobby. Should have driven. Bed was low to ground andhelpful. Ma ttress way too soft. Couch in living room in need of repair/replacement. Torn fabric. Otherwise AOK

Just the social areas could use some renovation. Carpet is worn and the elevator is sloooowwww. They really need to try to do something about that elevator....you can wait for a while waiting for it and depending where your room is...the stairs aren't always a more convenient choice.

We had the 2 BR/ 2Bath suite with one king bed and two queen beds. Beds are soooo comfortable and the room was spacy . It was nice to have each your own privacy but you could still socialize in the kitchen/living room. Just wish there were more than 2 stools in the kitchen ...for a room that large you would of thought it would have 4 with a larger breakfast bar in the kitchen to socialize. Loved having a full size refrigerator and freezer. Just note: because the rooms have freezers the hotel DOES NOT offer an ice machine ...so if your ice maker wasnt turned on...your screwed if you need ice. My cousin had sprained her knee and we had no way to help her out with ice for it. Also, breakfast is yummy but dont be a minute late because they are DONE ..lol no straggling munchies.

I have been coming to this hotel once per year for the last 6 - 7 years because it has been really nice and spacious for my family, was a good value, and a nice place. However, it has not been updated once in that time. The couches in the main central living area are getting shabby. The grout in the showers is old, and the whole place needs updating overall, but it’s still acceptable at this point. If they don’t start updating we may look at another Hyatt House in the Denver area next time. Additionally, I did not appreciate the quality of the staff on the two prior years trips, but was pleasantly surprised this time by much better service.

The multi room suites are very large and they have full kitchens. There’s plenty of room and there is a bathroom per bedroom, which is very helpful when traveling with the family. There’re plenty of parking spaces close to each room. The location is right next to Target, interstate 25, and lots of stores and restaurants in the Denver tech center area, which is a clean part of Denver. Additionally, the staff seems to be a lot better than in the past.

We were shown rooms on 1st floor that were deplorable. Huge rips in carpet, half the lights missing bulbs, not clean, etc. Then we saw the reviews online and were alarmed about the condition of the hotel. Our room had mouse poop daily and the toilet seeped water after every flush. Handicap exit doors didn't work. Elevators missing latest inspection slips.

Staff is excellent. Very accommodating in difficult environment. Good food, facilities have all the amenities we needed. The gym is pretty well equipped and nice size. We were offered a different room upon complaining about issues but we declined worried about the condition of other rooms. The manager was very compassionate and gave us points to use. The hotel will be renovated next year and we hope that will make things so much better for this property.

the fact that while working on our car our friend who came over to help and my partner were arrested over some bs because a car was stolen in the area it wasnt even the same kind!! they were both arrested and that threw off the whole trip and havent gotten a refund or anything!! then the cashier/conceirge i spoke with made no note of the incident

Nothing we didn’t like.

The location was great, staff was friendly & helpful. Facility was a little on the older side and could use some upgrades as time goes on but overall we we comfortable and it was clean.

Breakfast was pretty basic, but fine. The location is not ideal if you don't have a car, but it's not terribly far from the light rail and buses are available. Despite what the listing says, there is not a bar on site.

Staff were excellent. Hotel was clean and comfy. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with dishes/cookware/utensils/tools. Dishwasher was a nice surprise.

We had to call the front desk several times for missing items. Bath soaps, blankets, tv controllers, chair.

The staff service was exemplary. Immediately addressed missing items. The unit was perfect for 5 of us.

our hotel room was left open by housekeeping after returning from being gone all day at a festival , immediately freaked out thinking something was gone informed front desk and asked to be on the no clean list … keep in mind we had the DND sign out front. my thoughts were she opened it thinking it was on her cleaning list and instead of shutting the door she attempted to quietly close it but resulted in leaving it open for 7+ hours

the spacious living room and kitchen accommodated me and my partner perfectly for our 5 day trip down to Denver from Steamboat for the Nuggets playoff game, allowed us to not only store any leftovers from the restaurants but also properly heat it up in the oven or even cook a full meal on the stove

Our room was amazing!! We are a family of 6 and we stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bath suite it was perfect for our family. We used the kitchen both nights and were able to save money on eating out.

The breakfast area, guest droped rubbish on the floor without cleaning, quite unpleasant.

Room is comfy and big, bed is comfortable and the front desk service is speedy and welcoming, especially that lady she told me she is from Indonisia, very kind, polite and caring.

No alternatives with the pork. But a generous choice for breakfast.
