Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Housekeeper woke me up very early after a long trip and much needed rest, hours before check out time. Dinner food was absolutely terrible, would not recommend eating the dinner cafe at all.
Staff were excellent, very professional and friendly. Breakfast was great. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel management was happy to reimburse the uneaten dinner after seeing pictures of what I was served, and fixed the error in the parking charge on my bill.

It wasn’t disclosed till I arrived that there was a parking fee for each night stayed, and when I tried to leave a day early, they didn’t allow a refund on the 4th day.

The decoration seems a little old. The position of the TV makes it hard to watch it either on bed or on the sofa.

Poor room layout. Seems like king size too big for the bedroom and huge couch on other side which doesn't face the television. Maybe the architect designed this for two queen beds instead?
Breakfast was pretty good. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room had a nice desk for working.

Maybe the charge for parking. We already pay enough without having to pay for parking Can’t think of anything else, that means we were satisfied with everything!!

The airport shuttle does not start until 430am. I did not know this when I booked.

I was told a receipt will be emailed to me and it didn’t happened. When I called to asked for it, the attendant was not pleasant and hang out on me without giving me a chance to see if I gotten my receipt. I think the staff needs a little of customer service training. I always stay here, and this is the first time, I was treated this rude

It was hard to locate hotel off main road.
Your staff was excellent. Very pleasant & accomadating. The front desk agent on 3/8 was very nice. Margie in good service was very helpful to everyone.

The woman checking me in (Tiffany?) went out of her way to correct an error I had made when making reservation online. Very nice and professional. The room was just what I needed.

The breakfast food was mediocre. I understand that this a lower end Hyatt Hotel, but feel you could improve on the food offered. Better coffeemaker in the room.
I like the Hyatt name. The property itself was nice , clean , friendly staff.

would like to have had their shuttles running but would not stop us from staying their again.
everything was excellent. the breakfast could have used a little variety but the food was good. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the staff cleaning the rooms were great. will absolutely stay here again or at another hyatt place depending where we travel too.

Charging for parking in this location is ridiculous. Using a third party for parking fees is unprofessional and unnecessary.

The single remaining working lift that felt like it could also break down at any moment - this seems to be a theme in all the Hyatt Place hotels we have stayed at!

The beds were very saggy and uncomfortable. We even changed rooms but the 2nd beds weren't any better :(
We had a great front desk girl who worked probably 3-11 shift. The breakfast was great.
