Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

our first room had ac problems but a nice employee tried to fix it. We were eventually moved to another room. I don’t remember his name but he took care of us. The lady who took care of us this am at the desk was super helpful getting a mixed up charge corrected also. great staff!’

Cleanliness of facilities and very friendly and helpful staff.
The mattress in one if the rooms seemed old when laying down on the edges you will sink to the center of the mattress. The shower in one of the rooms the water will clog and took forever to go down the drain when showering. Housekeeping stuff didn't collected trash bags left outside room for collection. Instead I had to take them to trash container in parking lot.

the bed was uncomfortable (but I am used to my Sleep Number mattress).

Check in was a NIGHTMARE - no reservation was recorded (even though I provided a printed confirmation) The front desk was totally un-concerned and unwilling to help = until I rested to speak with management. Then, and only then was a room "found" - that had NO towels. The only thing the front desk offered was advice NOT TO USE BOOKING.com - only their booking site.
Breakfast was GREAT!

Carpets need cleaned bad our bathroom light went out , there was a rude rude very mean and disrespectful lady working at the front desk I did not get her name but everytime someone needed help she acted like it was the most horrible thing !!! She had highlights and dismissed people left and right she was even rude to the staff! She started an argument with one of my friends who was staying at the hotel and treated my husband aweful when he asked for toilet paper!!! And the manager defended her behavior! Be careful when you book a room ! You don't want HER to help you!
There was another lady working the front desk who was absolutely wonderful!!! She was so helpful! Helpful Helpful!! She went above and beyond to help!! I wish I would have writtwn down names! Thank you to her she was amazing !!!

The elevators were really loud and a little shaky… hope they are serviced soon.

I wanted to be closer to the elevator. I was close to the exit and the door was slamming the majority of the stay.
Breakfast was convenient, the breakfast staff was pleasant. The room was comfortable. Room service was something I was not expecting. I ordered food at the front desk and the staff brought it to my room.

Some Food at breakfast bar was old and bread was hard.

It was very difficult to locate the access road to the motel. The address indicated a road that allowed no access to the motel. Instead, we ended up driving through the airport facilities twice before finding a back way entrance.
Extremely clean and surprisingly quieter than most motels, especially considering it is close to an interstate and airport.

Airport shuttle didn’t start operating until 5a and our flight was at 6a. Created a panic on how to get to airport. Uber canceled at time of pick up. A staff member was kind enough to come in early and drive us to airport.
Close proximity to airport. Hotel was quiet and room was nice.

Difficult to find tucked behind a Holiday Inn. I thought we were pulling into the Holiday Inn lot.
