We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaBeds can be bigger. Pool water can be ALOT warmer than what it was! Extremely cold & many others complained about the temperature. I ended up driving 29 minutes away from the hotel to Strongsville Rec Center paying an extra $30 for my kids to enjoy the water. Not a big breakfast variety. Fresh fruit, oatmeal & muffins nothing extravagant.

United States of AmericaBroken phone, broken exercise equipment. Gave away my rooms- I reserved a king room w pull out couch- needed two beds and was given a room with one bed. Night front desk person did nothing to resolve the problem and even lied about what he was doing . Told me he was looking for roll a way beds - came to find out the hotel doesn’t even have one. Said he would call the manager but left a message on the sales office line- that was closed at 11pm. I had to stay up until 2:30 in the morning trying to rectify the situation. Plus had to share a bed with my colleague because they gave away my rooms. When they finally resolved my problem the following morning my- and I was moved to the rooms I had reserved, I was told there were no more blankets for the pull out couch. I had to be cold while sleeping . It was 30-40 degrees in Cleveland at the time. Oh! And the night worker - Alex- was high every night. We stayed 5 nights and every night we saw him there was an overwhelming smell of marijuana.

I was essentially charged twice for my one night stay because it was never explained to me that a security deposit was actually charged to my account as apposed to just held until we checked out. And now I have to wait 7-10 businesstays to get my money back which I think is ridiculous. And they actually end up charging the wrong hard for the room. The bed was hard as a rock. The breakfast was pretty pathetic. The luggage carts were never around. And when I asked staff where they were they basically just shrugged their shoulders and said I don't know.
The cleanliness of the hotel was really good. Most of the staff I encountered was good.

Staff was very nice, except for one fellow who didn't really look too happy about being there. The women we had were so sweet and helpful.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom sink drain stopper was not open all the way and the sink filled with water quickly. The mattress was nice but was beginning to have a sag in the middle. Breakfast had many different choices for a to go only. A hot breakfast option would have been better.
The location was about 5 minutes to Cuyahoga National Park. It was very dog friendly. We brought bikes, which they allowed us to take into the room and there was plenty of room for the two bikes. Room was very spacious. Excellent updated shower. Nice updated kitchenette with a small full size fridge, sink, microwave and hot plate. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
