This was a one-night stay while some construction was happening at our house. The hotel was surprisingly quiet, despite the location near the train tracks and the location was great for our needs. I also appreciated that the parking was included with the room rate. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the included breakfast was very helpful for getting to school on time! The staff was friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable, convenient stay.

I didnt like that there was no fireplace or ambiance in the lobby. Also didnt like that there wasn't an indoor sauna or jacuzzi.

Car safety + security was excellent. Daily parking rate was less expensive as previous hotel stay in the area.

Parking near the hotel is limited. First come, first serve, due to it being open to public around the shopping center. ☹️

The area is the best. If you need to do any shopping or just a place to walk around and unwind, here it is.

The breakfast could have been better. The tortillas they put out were cold, the selection was decent. The oatmeal was delicious along with the fresh fruit!

Hotel was centrally located to the train station, which was a huge plus! The room was clean and comfortable, nice shower pressure! The staff were nice and helpful during check-in.

The staff was OK, a little nonchalant. I believe when you have customers and people walking through you should have a more professional demeanor. Walking up some of the ladies were sitting talking in the front with blankets and etc.. are there was little, mishap that happen in the room. Me and my sister experience ants, in the bathroom. Which I know it is the season for ants, but I think they were attracted to the water. They were a whole trail of ants when we woke up and we hadn’t even eaten in the bathroom or in the room yet. So when we went downstairs to address it, the guy kind of shrugged it off and said oh I’ll have somebody come up and spray it. it was a little inconvenient because I even woke up with a couple answer my face, lol. But overall the trip was actually very nice and I really enjoyed the room.

The continental breakfast was bomb!! They even have a little bar, and also in the morning served Starbucks if you wanted it. We stayed on the sixth floor, me and my sister, and there was a let out couch, we didn’t need it, but if you’re staying with more than two people, let out couch is a good option to have. Our room on the sixth floor had a little view, it was just the train tracks, and you could see the city. But I loved the aesthetic. I would totally stay here again. Nearby there are movie theaters, restaurants, shopping centers, a super good location to chill and have things to do we visited for a reunion, and some things fell through so we had to stay in the room, but we were able to get out and experience the walkway & the shops I loved it.

Beyond basic lodging and room cleaning, there was not much of a “Hyatt” feel. Lobby services were lacking and the team was more interested in their mobile phones than with guests.
