So, this is a hotel right next to the convention center and the very busy Light Street. Most of the guests are working professionals, not families. We saw only two other families on our weekend trip. Not a problem, just something to note. As for the hotel, some minor appearance issues...like the hallway carpet on the 11 floor badly needs replacing. A more serious problem is the beds were strangely uncomfortable...very rigid mattresses (and we like a firm mattress, but this was too much). We found a three inch cockroach in our bathroom, which was disconcerting but I mean it's a huge hotel in the city so there's bound to be pests somewhere. The room wasn't dirty or anything, just a random roach hanging out. We flushed it. While the location is convenient, it is also downtown Baltimore so it's very loud...lots of traffic and sirens. If that will bother you or your kids, you may want to download a white noise app (our room had a Bluetooth speaker available) or choose a quieter hotel. Also, you should know that the Bistro 3000 breakfast buffet is $26 per person (no charge for our 4 year old, who didn't eat much) with an 18 percent service charge before tip. It is a really good buffet with plenty of hot and cold options and attentive staff, but maybe not for every morning. We could see the pool from our window, but it wasn't in use because it's the off season. It's large and went from about 2.5 feet to 6ish feet. The shallow area was not roped off but that might be because it was closed for the season.

The location is fantastic if you have small children; you just walk across the street to all the inner harbor attractions. Our son loved the harbor view and the elevators are really cool...they are glass and give you an awesome view as you go up and down. The elevators easily accommodate strollers. The hotel staff were professional and polite and able to accommodate a request for a room with a bathtub for our kid. The door staff always opened the doors when they saw us rolling toward them with a stroller. The room was clean and well furnished.

Nothing, it is a two star accommodation and if you manage your expectations correctly in regards of facilities and comfort, this accommodations has excellent value for money.

Visited the area for liege-bastogne-liege. The location is excellent, right next to the start with free parking on site. Rooms are modest, but very clean. Quite night. Simple continental breakfast available for reasonable price.

No house keeping in one day Soap, shower cap and body lotion were not automatically provided. We have to ask to get them. The borrowed umbrellas were broken. Someone should check and repair them before giving to customers

The escalater was broken. Our coffee maker was broken. The ice maker on our floor did not work. The breakfast was extremely expensive. Our room did not get cleaned daily, after a full day off activities, we had to ask to have it cleaned and replenished with towels, soap, etc.

The hotel looked beautiful on the surface. The staff was kind and courteous. The location was perfect.

There is no complimentary coffee in the lobby area. It would be nice to have it set up between 7-10 am .The buffet breakfast was too expensive $28.00 per person. Parking in your garage is $32 another extra charge. For hotel customers it should be less. We should also be notified about conferences being held during our stay.

The location was perfect! Our room was on the 9 th floor with a beautiful view of the harbor. The bed was super cozy and the room was very clean. The staff were all patient and friendly. The skywalk is a very nice addition for easy access to harbor area.

Someone was out in the hallway banging on a door like a police officer bangs on doors at 3:20 a.m. disturbing others in the rooms around that one.

Location close to the convention center and within walking distance to lots of eating establishments. Friendly staff. Generally quiet. Love the large screen tv.
